I bought the original learning tower for my grandson.
Although I had some difficulty initially in assembling, the company were very prompt in responding and replaced my tower extremely efficiently and followed up with emails till I was completely satisfied.
I am looking forward to using the tower with my grandson.

Had an issue with the original learning tower, Jen followed up on my email straight away and sent out a replacement immediately. Returning the original tower and giving feedback etc was super easy. Really great customer service, would shop with them again!

Not quite 5* because cheap Allen key supplied which was difficult to use! Given cost, expected better.
Also, 2 clips to secure when not folded to low position did not meet so some forced adjustment needed.
Design nice but premium price should have delivered something sharper and with right tools to put together.
Also, comes from Lithuania but not realised until after ordered and slow delivery

Lovely product
Lovely product, really well made and my little girl loves it. A couple of little niggles on arrival but the customer service by the team was great and resolved everything very quickly. Not a cheap product but you get what you pay for and it lived up to expectations.

Mistake rectified quickly and efficiently
Ordering was easy and straightforward. Unfortunately the order was delivered to billing address instead of delivery address. On contacting the company the misunderstanding was managed extremely quickly and efficiently and my order was delivered to correct address on the relevant day. Was very impressed with the service.

Good product, rubbish tools.
The product itself is of much greater quality than the tools provided to assemble it. The allen key provided was so flimsy, and barely fit the screws. After completing about 20% of the assembly the allen key was completely useless and had essentially been stripped. Luckily we had a sturdier version in the tool box so we were able to complete the toddler tower.
Pretty disappointing - particularly considering the price point - that we had to rely on our own tools.
Once eventually assembled the toddler tower is solid and easy to use. It looks nice, and feels safe when my toddler is in it.
