Learnsignal is good, the videos, the boot camp was very helpful

I've used Learnsignal since the first time I decided to study ACCA qualification. The membership fee is relatively cheaper than their competitors, learning materials are quite adequate, they provide mini quizes which are similar to section A of ACCA exams, also they have a handful of questions and answers for section B and C which is called Bootcamp (only available for us to access within 3 or 4 weeks before the exam date).

I have been able to pass my FM, TX, and LW only by doing independent study with Learnsignal study tools. I've never met any tutors, 1-2-1 discussion, etc, since my membership is only Premium which doesn't give me the benefit of that. So, I've just been studying using their textbooks, tutor recorded videos, Bootcamp, and practice questions/quizes. Not to mention, I also add some supplements on my study from OpenTuition textbooks which is free, and also from ACCA official website & videos.

Some drawbacks are some videos and practice questions are out dated. As I mentioned that they provide recorded tutor videos, some of them might of been recorded years ago and some materials may not be relevant anymore. Secondly, some videos don't have subtitle which was hard to understand as some tutors were not speaking clearly (in my own opinion).

Overall it's a good study platform - affordable, reliable, but don't expect a lush experience whilst you pay much lesser than their competitors.

I appreciate the video lectures that can be viewed or only listened to whenever I have some free time, even during commute.
They are doubled by course notes to review and intensive practice modelu at the end.
The tutor support and direction were spot on and helped me pass my SBR exam.

What I love about Learnsignal is the support they give and their CBE questions which is similar to the ACCA live exam. I have been using Learnsignal for almost all my exams and I have passed them all at first sitting.
The revision boot camp is a winner if you use it accordingly. I am now an ACCA finalist having completed 10 out of 13 modules and I strongly recommend anyone to use Learnsignal and use it the right way in order to pass

The Learnsignal Support emails are particularly helpful and kept me on track with my time table. The support team also responds to email queries relatively quickly.

The questionnaires in each topic is a great way to test your knowledge. Bootcamp is the greatest resource available and really helped me with all my exams this far.

I highly recommend Learnsignal as a tuition provider.

I've used LearnSignal for all of my ACCA papers and am now moving onto my final exam. The software is brilliant, it allows me to keep track of my studies in a structured way where I can pick up bitesize chunks each evening, or even do larger chunks of studying at the weekends when I have some more time. The revision material is really helpful as well as the past questions.

I have also found the product has got better overtime, and that they really take on feedback, if you spot something that could be better then they are happy to try to improve the product.

I had my first ever ACCA pass because the materials are easy to understand and I I wish I had started with learn signal when I started my ACCA journey

I specifically like that there is human interaction. This makes me feel like I have a cheerleader on my side.

I was auto-enrolled without realising and haven’t used their services for over a year. When I asked for a refund, it took them around 20 days just to respond. On 20th August, Usama promised me a refund within 5–10 working days. It’s now over a month since that promise and more than two months since I first requested a refund of £199.99 — and I’m still waiting.

The content itself is subpar, the videos are not worth the money, and customer service is appalling. I feel misled and that they’re trying to get away without paying what they owe. Very disappointing and I would not recommend.

About 66% there. The teaching materials can be very confusing and unstructured, but get the key points across. The quizzes have many spelling and grammatical errors and some questions are vague in their wording. Pretty nervous about the exam based on this, but hoping that reading the Kaplan books on the side will help.

The E- learning lessons are delivered with eloquence such that a student will learn without stressing about what a particular word meant.

I was incredibly surprised at the value for money learn signals courses provide for 10% of the cost of my local course providers they have given me the tools I need to succeed in my exams

The one to one sessions really help with exam preparation in terms of the boosting exam confidence and the mock exam is great practise for the real exam! I had a session with a tutor- Rishit who kindly gave me some time for MCS prep and was really insightful. Evita at Learnsignal is so knowledgeable at what she does.

It was great. The timeliness of the responses to my chat messages, the quick setup of my profile, and easy access to the learning platform. And, of course, the discount on my annual premium subscription.

Each topic is explained and simplified for total understanding. The provision of bootcamps also ensures that questions get done each day in preparation for exams no matter how tight my schedules get.

Overall the reactime time was quick and impressive. However for the annual Pro package which I negotiated, I did not get the chance to pay in a few reasonable instalments which made the expense cumbersome.
