Videos keep buffering

Great system and informative

The lectures, at least for the TX paper, are truly appalling. Computer generated voice which is very unnatural, no pausing for breath at end of sentences, or pausing in the wrong place, difficult to follow and it just reads the notes that you can download separately but actually articulates every sign e.g., 3 x 15 / 5 = £9 comes through in the lectures as 'Three ecks fifteen slash five equals sign pounds nine.' Just one example - the course is littered with it. And trying to read the subtitles doesn't help either because there are so many grammatical errors. The human voice lectures are fine but the AI generated lectures are virtually unusable so have to revert to reading the notes. They've obviously not reviewed the course after generating the AI - if they had, surely it would never have been allowed to be published. I'm really struggling to use the course and so I tried to contact their customer service team through chat facility - days later, still no response. Poor on all fronts and will not use again unless they review their materials.

The learning video and materials as well as the practice questions really help to enhance my understanding of the subject. I was close to passing APM for my first two attempts before subscribing to Learnsignal due to poor answer technique. However, my score has improved significantly after using the materials available and the fortnight webinars.

I enjoyed the platform,It was self sustaining especially for all the theory exams I.E SBL,SBR,AA and the likes
The practical exams it was not sufficient,I think could be made a bit simpler in the teaching and in calculations,more math in the notes and in the classes
AFM especially was quite a loof,I don't think the notes are sufficient for a pass in all honesty

The practicality of CBE platform is also not fully present during the classes so makes exams a bit new which is not ideal

I like the fact that there are a bank of questions relating to every topic available to help with the studies.

The learn signal platform helped me passed my first level three exams. Before using the platform I failed at two sittings. The videos break down the theory in bite size and really helps you to understand. The bootcamp is the game changer. It forces you to practice past papers and then gives you tips on how to approach the exams. One day a tutor sent me a practice question and marked it for free although this was not in my subscription. I wish I had reached out to the tutors more when I didn’t understand a topic because the one time I did they went the extra mile to help me. I still can’t believe I passed both AFM And AAA in June.

Thanks to learnsignal for helping me pass my ACCA exams and obtain my ACCA Qualification. The resources and guidance provided was invaluable. The team provided assistance throughout, including reminders to maintain constant studying.

However, it is also up to you to the student to put in the work and hours of studying.

I’m writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent course purchase from Learnsignal. I enrolled in the CIMA Strategic Case Study (SCS) course, but was instead provided access to ACCA materials, which is not what I paid for.

From the very minute I noticed the issue post-payment, I have been reaching out through multiple channels requesting a correction. It’s now been over two days, and I have received no response or acknowledgment, despite multiple follow-ups.

As a weekend-only learner, every day of delay is a lost opportunity to prepare, especially given the limited time available before the exam window. Frankly, this lack of support after payment is not acceptable. I expected better responsiveness and accountability from a professional learning platform.

I urge your team to resolve this immediately by:

Providing access to the correct CIMA SCS materials

Confirming the switch and any additional steps from your side

I wish we can get discount on Premium package as well, as we would like to access Bootcamp and Webinars.

I am done watching two of the learning materials and now on the third, I have attempted all test in the learning material and it was a great experience.

My experience so far has been great. Based on my previous exams I struggled because I got a lot of exemptions, so the basics of the advanced topics like Performance Management and SBR because I lack the base knowledge in MA and FR, I didn't find it easy at all.
However, with learnsignal, I get to recap with the presumed knowledge videos which gives me a better understanding and foundation for the advanced topics.
Practice questions and examples also deepen my understanding and how to deal with real exam questions.
