I had the privilage to get the support of Paul Holroyd who supported me all the way through the processs. He was professional, patient. While i dont have the car leased with me for another few weeks, until this point it was a six star support from Paul. Hopefully stays this way!

I have leased a number of cars over the years and dealt with various leasing companies in the process. As the lease on my current car was coming to an end I did a lot of research to find the best deal for me on the particular car I wanted. The one with the best offer I found was at Leasing Options. Before contacting them I checked the reviews and found they were highly rated. But you never know until you make the call. When I did call the phone was answered by Mr Barry McGirr and we spoke at length about my requirements. Barry was very pleasant to speak with and throughout our conversation I never felt pressurised at any point by him, or that I was being pushed into making a rushed decision. It was quite refreshing and in contrast to some other leasing agents I have dealt with. At every stage he fully addressed any queries I had in full and his patience was appreciated. In the end I decided to go for their offer and proceeded to order the car I was after. Barry dealt with the process from start to finish which included the sending by email of admin forms for completion by me. He was extremely diligent and quick to respond throughout and kept me apprised of any information I needed to know at every stage. In conclusion the whole process went very smoothly with no hitches from start to finish and I now look forward to taking delivery of the car in a few weeks. Barry McGirr is indeed a credit to Leasing Options and based on my experience with him and their processes I have no hesitation in giving both him and the company a Five Star rating.

This is my first time leasing a vehicle and so far Lisa has made the experience simple, answering all questions and providing support throughout the application process. From first discussion to being provided a delivery date has taken only a matter of days. Only wish is that I could get the car sooner!
