Bad expiriens with an accident

Bad expiriens with an accident occurred to my car

Long time to repair (in total more than 1 month)
Wrong invoicing from Leasys (they charge me the deductible also if I have no responsibility in the accident) due to an internal mistake. 30/40 Days for the credit note

A good experience

The experience is good, but using the functions, adopted in Myleasys devices/digital tools to understand how to manage problems, are not always so clear.
Excellent the explanations given by men and women who answer by phone calls.

As a Fleet Manager

As a Fleet Manager, my overall experience with Leasys has been generally positive, though there are key areas that require improvement.
The vehicle selection and availability are good, and the ordering process is relatively smooth. Delivery times typically meet expectations, and vehicles are handed over in satisfactory condition.

Customer service is generally responsive, although follow-up on technical issues — especially minor electrical faults — can be slower than desired. A major concern relates to bodywork repairs following accidents: the process is extremely slow and often unsustainable in terms of downtime and operational impact. This is one of the most critical aspects affecting service efficiency.

In summary, Leasys is a solid provider for corporate fleet needs, but significant improvements are needed in post-accident repair timelines and coordination with service partners.

Lack of communication

Lack of communication to when the car will arrive it was originally quoted to arrive with Easter then after solicitation I was advised the car would arrive between 9-13 June. Today is 13 June and I have not received any advise / communication
