Ordered a leather short on March 7 2026. Received an email the next day asking confirmation of some sizes as it would be custom made. So far so good. Clear explanations on how to take the measurements. And still it went completely wrong. Instead of a tight and very short model (genre 'Small') we ended up with a huge, wide and long (down to the knees) short (extra iarge). On top of this the product was shipped from Pakistan so extra taxes and customs rights of 57 EUR were charged. Upon my question on this they stated this was mentioned in the product description and in their shipment policy. Probably yes. But if I can only find the policy easily via the link they sent me after a question ... I have the feeling it was rather hidden. So a short of 112 EUR incl shipping in the end costed me 169 EUR, erasing the price advantage compared to local shops. And I won't wear it because the end product doesn't resemble at the pictures (size-wise). They won't see me again ...

I bought a pair of skinny leather jeans customizing the size. I indicated all the exact measurements as reported by their guide and paid for the customization as an extra service. The jeans that arrived were standard pants with completely different measurements than those requested. I opened a report on Paypal and they refused to refund me. They are asking me to return them with shipping at my expense and deny the refund of the fake customization. Stay away from this seller.
