Received two leather jackets since Christmas both arrived promptly and I was over the moon with both. Can’t thank Leather Company enough for the help they gave me in sizing they fit perfectly.

Found a lovely large leather hippo footstool online with the leather company. After the purchase I received a phone call and an email about the VAT, because I live in the Netherlands, so this tax had to be paid at the driver. The hippo became a bit more expensive because of the VAT but still a nice price for this lovely footstool.

Purchase on Friday, delivery on Tuesday (in the Netherlands!). Love this company, highly recommended.

This is not a reputable company. I purchased an item that I never received. Do not do busines with them.

I would highly recommend this company, absolutely amazing customer service, fast delivery and excellent quality products. I was initially unsure what size to order, I called and dealt with Mr Shy, he was so helpful, he gave me some really good advice and made my whole experience so much easier. I ordered late yesterday and it was here this morning, so fast. The jacket itself is amazing, great quality and a perfect fit. Highly recommend this company.

Leather Company delivered my item very quickly before Christmas, the parcel was well wrapped up to protect the bag, which is of good quality, very nice, as per the photos online. I had not used this company before, so I went with the other reviews which were good.

This is not a reputable company. The minute you have a query or an issue you're treated with impatience and the person I spoke to was rude and offensive. I'd paid £5.39 return postage to exchange 2 pairs of leather gloves I wasn't keen on but when I told him one of the replacements wasn't the colour I'd asked for he snappily told me he'd send a free returns label and I should look elsewhere. After returning the one pair using the free postage label he sent they deducted £6 from my refund with no explanation and ignored my email asking why.

Gorgeous leather motor cross style jacket for my daughter. Fitted really well. Just order one size bigger than you normally buy on clothing (which was indicated on sizing guide). I originally ordered a jacket that was brown instead of black (my mistake). Returns process was really easy with the refund in my account very quickly. Would recommend this company.

Bought a leather bag as a christmas gift, arrived in a few days. Beautifully made, however, it was mouldy. I emailed to request and exchange and supplied photos. I received and automatic response but that was it. I phoned and explained the problem, the operator requested my phone number and first name and said he would call back, i offered the order number but he did not want it. Needless to say, noone returned my call. I have sent a further email but im not holding out much hope that this will be rectified within the week, or at all.

I ordered a wallet at lunchtime from work. The wallet was delivered by UPS to work by lunchtime the next day on standard delivery (1-3 days). The goods were well packaged and presented. The wallet itself is exactly as described and so perfect for me. The quality is excellent. The wallet is put together very well and very neatly stitched. ie. no shonky cuts, alignment or stitch lines. Just as important the wallet was £16.99 so not expensive at all.
Very pleased with the goods and whole process.
I would recommend and order again from the Leather Company.

The customer service I received from this company was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I ordered a Gilet as a present which arrived very quickly. When it was to small I returned it and was offered a garment to try on to check the size this came the next day, after trying it on it was a perfect fit I sent it back and they custom made a gilet for me. I fitted perfectly! I would highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service and very friendly and helpful staff.

Well I can honestly say my leather jacket is lovely, I am so chuffed. The colour the leather is soft and it’s very very well made. I luv it. Delivery very quick no problems. Price was great, it’s well worth it. It will last for years. 👍🤗

Emailed a legitimate query about buying a product as a present and being able to return if not liked. Despite an automated response saying someone will be in touch, this is over 2 weeks ago and no-one has contacted me.
No problem to me...just take my business elsewhere !

Love the product and the free gift. There was a slight problem with the free gift selection I’d added a discount code but I called Shy at the number on the website and he rectified it straight away! Product arrived the day after I ordered. All in all a big hit! X

My new winter jacket is elegant and warm. I am very satisfied with the quality, also the delivery was quick. The customer service guy was very nice and helpful. As soon as I free up space in the wardrobe, I will order another beautiful jacket, or maybe a coat...🤔😄 I recommend it!

Purchased yesterday over phone at 5pm and received goods next morning!!
Nothing was too much trouble as i needed an invoice for one item to go through my company and the other items personal. Really great guy on the phone, knowledgeable, polite and with good humour too which is so missing in many companies now..
Delighted with the products and great prices also.
