Ongoing customer support provided as needed
Over all experience was not ideal, however the ongoing support I received from customer service was encouraging and helpful.
I ordered and paid for a cowhide jacket and had selected the size based on measurements provided.
My jacket arrived in a timely manner. The jacket actually did fit me but I couldn’t move my arms due to the firm leather.
I requested an exchange which would have cost me $60 plus the cost of return postage $60, total of $120.
I declined an exchange for that reason,
(and as with some other customers)
I was surprised to discover I need to return the parcel to a Pakistan address.
This took 1 month for the parcel to reach the return address and cost me $60.
I was pleased with the customer service I received throughout this process as I have said and received my refund after enquiring about the return/ refund status and providing the tracking details of the parcel, which had made it to Pakistan successfully.

emails but after the last email send ni response at all
Do not buy they are a scam company
Next step for me is now to claim my money trough the creditcard service. I wil get a full refund of the bank.

Do NOT recommend ordering from this website. The items are lacking quality, the items come from Pakistan and if you need to return the item, the website has a US address, to which I shipped my return back to, only to be told I needed to send it back to Pakistan. It would have cost me more to do that than what the coat originally was. Very shady company.

I shipped my jacket to the address listed in their email, and now they’re claiming they never received it. This company is a scam — beware, buyers. The email shows a Florida address, but it’s clearly just a front to make it look like they’re based in the U.S. when they’re not.
