Amazing Grace!!!!!
Wow! Don’t be fooled by the youth of Grace. She has today restored a 3+2+1 + foot stool. It was originally very tired, torn panels, cracked and generally looking very sorry for itself.
After 3 hours Grace has transformed our 15 year old leather suite to looking almost new. We are so delighted and it hasn’t dented our pockets too much either.

Leatherrepairsussex did not repair nor refund nor correspond politely!
Leatherrepairsussex was good to respond to photos of damage and set a date and a technician spent an hour seemingly working competently. Her communication was close to abrupt, but let's call it formal and concise. As she recommended, we did not use the leather chair for 3 days to cure. After a week of normal use, the repair pulled apart and a photo was sent. We received a text saying we did not let it cure. Surprised, we asked the 30 day guarantee to be honoured. An initial date given did not suit us and since asking for a different date we have heard nothing from leatherrepairsussex. We asked for a refund of £125 and have heard nothing! Their receipt bears no company name or persons. There is no physical address and there seems to be MANY "francises" ? over vast geographic areas. They operate under the same contact 07871 765011. I believe this company may be operating under the radar of HMRC. I feel I have been swindled and now have to dump this chair, which leatherrepairsussex gave me written confirmation they could fix!
