I recently bought a large Union Jack backpack from Leather Satchel via Shaun (May 2021). He has been very helpful with the bespoke options to customise the look. It's not the cheapest. However, there are more expensive brands available. It arrived in a beautifully presented box 2 weeks after ordering. I have worn it to work for several weeks now & it is unusually confortable for a leather bag. This may have something to do with the the back straps central design. It goes without saying that the Union Jack & embossing of name has attracted a lot of positive comments from colleagues to the point that some of them may make an order as well. I would definitely recommend this purchase. If I have some suggestions it would be: to consider an option of having an insert into the backpack for compartmentalisation i.e. bottle, pen, keys etc & to respond to emails within 24 hrs. FS

I ordered a large notebook cover with embossing for a Father's Day gift and I could not be happier.

The order was quickly dispatched, beautifully packaged when it arrived and the usual TLSC finest craftsmanship standard.

I was looking for a satchel and had been investigating another company when I happened to see The Leather Satchel Company on the TV programme’ Made in Britain’. I was impressed with their ethos and the fact that they were in Liverpool near where I now live. A visit to the shop resulted in the purchase of the most gorgeous racing green satchel with gold hardware and to say I am so proud of it is an understatement. The icing on the cake is I asked for a 22” carry strap so that I could carry in the crook of my arm when necessary and it was duly made and posted to me! Fabulous service from lovely people. I spotted a gorgeous satchel with a Union Jack print at the UK Pavilion while at Epcot at Disney World, and really wanted it, but didn't want to carry it around on the park that day. I found the website but couldn't easily find that particular bag, so I emailed customer service. Shaun wrote me back quickly and was so friendly and helpful, directing me to all of the bags available with this print. I selected my 11 inch satchel and ordered it (for a significantly lower price than the Disney markup price) before realizing I could add on options like snap closures. I contacted Shaun and was able to make this change quickly and easily.

I received the bag a few days ago and to say that it is high quality is an understatement. It's gorgeous and arrives in a beautiful box with its own bag. The leather is clearly the highest quality. I will certainly be buying other bags in other different colors and sizes. The prices are very reasonable for this level of quality, shipping to the US was free (!), and I love to support companies with top-notch customer service.

I highly recommend The Leather Satchel Co. and am 100% sure that if you order a bag from this company, you won't be disappointed.

Briefcase arrived this morning professionally packaged and with no damage. The bag was customised to suit my requirements and everything was completed as requested. The team double checked my requirements by personal email and phone calls before the bag was made so no disappointment at all and everything was was made exactly as requested. Plus I received an extra treat in a lovely card case to match! The quality and finish to the bag is beautiful. A bag to be proud of and to one to keep by me for the next stage of my career.

With the return to the office soon, I would certainly recommend the briefcases for anyone looking to treat themselves. If carrying a laptop, I would opt for a large size to allow plenty room for other items too!

Fabulous customer service and product. Shaun helped us from start to finish from choosing colour samples, selecting their placement, and keeping us informed with the manufacturing process (we had to wait for a particular colour to arrive in stock). The bag I ordered was simply amazing.

Pricey, but you're really getting what you pay for; outstanding quality, and my experience with customer service was out of this world.

Ordered a satchel for my sons birthday. I live abroad and received a tax demand otherwise would not receive product - was annoying but I paid the import taxes. I mentioned this to the Leather Satchel and they are now addressing to make clearer on their website as well as offering a delivery duty paid option for customers - so very happy to have resolved with help of their team.

I'm very, very pleased with my satchel: it's beautiful, very well made, and exactly as I wanted.

I've wanted a satchel for years and, with lockdown, I had more time to look into the options. The Leather Satchel Co. made its way to the top of the list because of the excellent reviews, the bespoke service offered, reasonable prices and bags made in the UK.

After making use of their leather samples service, I had an enjoyable fortnight mulling over the options. I decided on the 14" satchel, with a bolt-on handle, full inner slip pocket and shoulder pad. I placed my order and less than a fortnight later my satchel arrived. Couldn't be happier!

I had a couple of queries during the process which were handled promptly and comprehensively. I highly recommend this company.

I first got my mini Windsor backpack in April 2020, it was already a tough time to buy a bag and arrange shipping to Hong Kong (where I live), but the staff managed so well and they were all very helpful to make sure everything goes fine so I could get my bag without any trouble.

Then since I started using it I realised that I really should have ordered a bag with magnetic closures!! So! I sent it back to the UK in December, I didn’t really think it would be possible to convert that as it’s already sealed into the leather but it turned out anything could be possible here ;) I finally got my perfectly done lovely bag just a few days ago, I really want to express how thankful I am for all the help the team have given me, it was just a couple of emails but I had a really smooth experience, wonderful customer service!

Well, I have to say with COVID, I wasn't expecting to be able to order in the first place, but lucky for me the Leather Satchel Co. inviting my into there inbox and sure enough for extremely helpful from ordering, custom making, and delivering all before Christmas! I ordered a briefcase satchel as an anniversary present for my husband. It arrived beautifully packaged and is excellent quality. The team provided very good customer service throughout, even including a little extra surprise with the finished satchel. My husband was thrilled with his gift and I cannot recommend highly enough.
