Beautifully made laptop bag, I am so pleased! Brought this for my husband’s 50th birthday…. He was very pleased.
Great customer service.

I have also previously purchased the doctor’s bag a few years ago, same great service. Maxwell Scott is my go to for great quality and great services!

Leather Bags have fake leather lining

Advertised was a bag that would last a lifetime.

Unfortunately that is not the case.
The lining of the bag is made of fake leather that inevitably dissolves over time.
They do offer to replace it at the cost of $100USD, saying this is due to "normal wear".

We have previously been in touch to explain that the wear to the interior lining is not a manufacturing fault, but rather a result of age related wear, and therefore falls outside of our warranty coverage.

As outlined in our correspondence, we do offer a repair service at a heavily subsidized cost, which is intended to help extend the life of the product in situations like this.

We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we do aim to be transparent and fair in how we apply our warranty policy. We’ve followed up to assist further and are waiting to see how you wish to proceed.

Fabulous service from Maxwell-Scott..

Fabulous service from Maxwell-Scott... I ordered The Gabbro-Large-Leather Sunglasse case in Dark Chocolate with personalisation....

They informed me straight away that the Gabbro in Dark Chocolate was not in the UK warehouse at the time...and if i was happy to wait a few day's ....as soon as it is in there warehouse and as been posted to me they would let me know...and they did...
The Gabbro leather case is quality...craftsmanship...gorgeous..
The personalisation in gold is perfect.

I recently brought a new pair of Ray-Ban New Wayfarer classic sunglasses in polished Tortoise...they fit like a glove in my New Maxwell-Scott Gabbro case....
Would i recommend Maxwell-Scott to Friends...of course.....will i be buying again from Maxwell-Scott in the near future....yes...yes...yes... Fabulous quality products from a Top Class company...

Don’t buy from this company

I purchased a leather suitcase from Maxwell-Scott and a leather attaché case. Both are unusable since the hardware was defective. The handle on the suitcase broke loose. The company replaced a pin and that broke as well. The attache case has a latch that froze when I was in a business meeting and I had to use a screwdriver to break the latch to open the case, ruining the case. In all, I lost over $2400,oo worth of products. These cases were garbage. Buy someplace else.
