The outstanding help I received from…

The outstanding help I received from Sam and Charlotte with the processing of my order and the patience they demonstrated in guiding me on payment options. Maxwell-Scott is very lucky to have them in their customer services team. Neither of them could have been more charming and prompt with my many queries. Am also very pleased with the product I purchased!

They were very quick with replying to…

They were very quick with replying to emails and very helpful in regards to anything I asked. The only thing I didn’t like about them was they occasionally (but not very often) didn’t answer their calls (even though I called during their contact centre hours). There were some nights (because they’re 11 hours behind me) where I had to call FOUR TIMES for someone to answer!!!

In spite of a problem with their delivery partner. Maxwell Scott got on the case once the delay in delivery was reported and ensured their delivery partner attempted the delivery again and got my order to me in good time.

Good product but advertised delivery times should be more accurate on the website. Stated 3- 4 days and failed to mention stock is outside UK so that wasn't possible

The design and quality is everything I hoped it would be.
Even though the item wasn’t in stock in London and would therefore take longer for delivery, the communication with the customer services representative was very forthcoming and helpful.

We can see that this was discussed with you once the order was placed and you had confirmed that you were happy to wait on this occasion. The order was dispatched on the 17th of June and according to the tracking information, there appears to have been some issues with Polish customs, which is unfortunately out of our control. We have contacted FedEx about this and they have raised a case to hopefully get this delivered today.
