I ordered a lovely dress in a size Medium but was unfortunately sent a size Small. I wasn’t able to try it on because of this. The design of the dress looked cool on the model so I’m bummed as it was supposed to be for an event that has passed already. I will say the dress looked pretty sheer so I don’t know what kind of undergarments one would have to wear. I think for the price, a thicker fabric that wasn’t sheer would be expected. The return portal wouldn’t let me return the dress for some reason but I reached out to the customer service team and they responded very quickly and were able to send me a return shipping label which I appreciated! Although I wasn’t so pleased with being sent the wrong size and the fabric quality, their designs are really pretty and their customer service was great. I think they need to improve the return portal to make it more user friendly and material quality should be improved for the price paid.

Received a damaged item, and the customer service experience was shockingly bad. The representative I spoke with repeatedly referred to “site policy” about items purchased with a 10% discount—while ignoring the fact that the product arrived damaged. There was no acknowledgment whatsoever of the poor condition, which left me feeling as though they were fine sending out high-priced items that smelled unpleasant, like a dirty warehouse (mildew + cigarettes)
I was told my case would be “escalated,” yet I’ve heard nothing since. Based on other public reviews, that seems to be a common pattern.
Their terms of service appear to discourage customers from disputing charges with their bank; they even referenced having a “legal team” during our conversation. For clarity, the Fair Credit Billing Act protects customers in situations like mine, and a store policy does not remove those rights. In my view, no customer should feel pressured to continue supporting a business after a negative experience—especially when the marketing and the actual product experience are so far apart.
I wish I had read the hidden comments on their social media beforehand—many posts have 1–2 people sharing experiences similar to mine.
There was no apology, no accountability, and the only solution offered was to send the same item again—two weeks after the event I purchased it for. From reading other customer feedback, this type of quality issue doesn’t seem rare, which I find unacceptable given the price point.
I love supporting small businesses and am always happy to pay higher prices for quality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite.

They hide their return policy. This tricky policy left me with 108 dollars of store credit and a 140 dollar non refundable skirt that was the WORST quality I’ve ever seen. They are a con company that have to trick people into buying their clothes and no allowing returns.

I received my item, but unfortunately it did not fit. I am well within the 14 day return window, but when I go to the returns portal, I am offered store credit or return to orginal payment method — however, return to orginal payment method is greyed out. I reached out to Custer service and they agreed I am well within my rights to return for a full refund. They told me they were sell escalating it to a manager, but I have not heard back from them. I feel like they are trying to “run the clock” so I am forced into store credit. I mean - I reached out, you agreed I’m due a full refund, make it happen. Will never order from them again if they do not make this right.
The Muse Mesh Corset is EVERYTHING. It fits all the right places, gives that perfect snatched waist look, and the mesh detail is both edgy and elegant. It’s structured but still comfortable enough to wear out all night. Total confidence booster! I needed a different size, and the customer service team was beyond helpful. They were quick and kind, and made the exchange process seamless. It’s rare to find a brand that delivers both stunning pieces and genuinely great service
I ordered the Raquel Babydoll Corset Mini Dress and it’s seriously a showstopper! The fit is super flattering, the corset top gives great shape, and the flowy skirt adds the perfect flirty touch. The quality is top tier it feels luxe and well made. I originally ordered the wrong size, but customer service was incredible. They made the exchange process so easy and fast, and they were super responsive and helpful every step of the way. I had my correct size in no time, and it fits like a dream. Highly recommend both the dress and the brand they really care about making sure you’re happy with your purchase!
I ordered a corset, actually my third corset from them so I have spent some money with them!
The sizing was off compared to the other ones I have and I emailed and they were prompt to respond when I wanted a exchange and then I realised the sizing won’t fit me if I get a smaller size as the other corsets I have in the small fit me just fine so I wanted a refund and tried to submit it on the portal they have but it said it was 14 days after delivery when it wasn’t even a week after delivery! I emailed them no response at all. messaged their Instagram and nothing. Such a shame! Don’t order from them.. such a scam if you end up wanting a return!

I ordered the Celine Corset Drape Satin Gown last minute for a wedding, and I absolutely loved it! I was a bit anxious about whether it would arrive in time, so I reached out to the LEAU team and they responded quickly and kindly, putting my mind at ease. The dress arrived on time and was perfect! I’ll definitely be shopping here again, especially since it’s hard to find online brands I can truly trust. Thank you so much!
In terms of flattering— my leau mesh corsets are by far the most flattering pieces I own. Multiple friends of mine have asked for the link to purchase their own too. They're simple enough where they can be used for a variety of occasions (going out, grabbing drinks, etc.), and I sure have worn mine at least 4x a month. They also have the most snatching look without being too uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, I cannot give the full 5 stars for a variety of reasons. One is that the sizing is incredibly variable, so ordering a different color of the same top might fit completely differently. The second is that I will only splurge on an item if I think it is quality. In under a year, the bottom of the corset broke completely (zipper came right off the end), when I was not even wearing it. They say they are "made to last," and provide instructions on how to properly care for their corsets. For me, >$100 is quite expensive for a top, so when my first one lasted under a year, and broke while I was unzipping it and it was not even on me, I was quite upset.

I read their policy and discovered if you use a discount code you forfeit the option of a refund. I am a bride to be, and my plan was always to order 2 dresses with the intent of only keeping 1 and sending it back for a full refund.
At check out, they automatically applied the discount code and I caught it right as I clicked pay. IMMEDIATELY after I emailed them explaining the situation and asked if they could please cancel the order so I could order again – this time without the code.
They promptly told me they could not as my order was already shipped out. HUH?? It’s been 1 minute??? After a few back-and-forth emails, the owner of the company chimed in and confirmed her team LIED and my items were not shipped out yet but she is more than happy to send out 1 of the dresses I ordered as a courtesy. The opposite of what I asked for.
I then asked if it was possible to just cancel the order for the second dress and was ignored. No emails, nothing for 3 weeks. So I filed a chargeback on my card. The next day I got an email the dress was shipped.
This company and its owner is SHADY AND SCAMMY. They just want your money.

I made an order in December. When it was delivered in January, there was a missing item. I reached out and was told to be patient due to the LA Fires. I reached out again in February and was told the same. As a result, it has now been almost 8 months of no resolution. I was unable to do a chargeback with my bank because I chose to be empathetic during the LA Fires (my family was ALSO affected by the LA Fires). Absolutely shameful to weaponize a disaster against customers. Now after tagging the founder and her friends on social media, I have finally gotten a response, but they’ve restricted my account so no one can see their horrible practices. It’s honestly embarrassing. They still won’t refund me. First they said refunds can only be completed within ten days, now it’s only within 6 months. How is it my fault I can’t get a refund when you did not respond? The worst part is that it’s give or take $120. For a company, this amount is nothing. If I don’t receive a refund, I will look into pursuing legal action. It’s petty and embarrassing for an LLC to penny pinch over $120 and at this point I’m beyond frustrated and appalled at the lack of care and professionalism. I’m filing a complaint with BBB, FTC, and pursuing all avenues. This is absolutely ridiculous and shameful. ESPECIALLY, because they weaponized the LA Fires.

Your response indicated YOU would follow up with me. It is not my responsibility as a customer to remind your customer service to follow up. This is negligence on your part. I can’t believe you’re gaslighting a customer to send you reminders to run your business. It is YOUR responsibility to answer emails. Your team provided an automated response about being affected by the LA Fires. My friends and family were affected too. I gave you the grace and now I can’t chargeback with my bank. That sounds like you did that on purpose to avoid refunding me.
In June, Taylor said she couldn’t provide a refund because it was outside of the 14 day window, you are now claiming it is 6 months. If it was 6 months why was I not given a refund in June? Secondly, I am admitting to receiving two items, but missing one. If I wanted to scam you and lie, I’d say I lost the whole package. I can’t believe LEAU is fighting over $110+/- dollars with a customer. It has been almost 8 months. This is ridiculous.
Lastly, Shopify uses Stripe and fully has the capability of creating an invoice to pay customers directly. They don’t care how you do it, whether through ACH, Zelle. Etc. I know this. It’s a complete lie that you cannot manually refund me via Stripe and Shopify and you should be ashamed. Whether you want to own it or not, you are weaponizing the LA Fires because you’re pretending to have responded during those difficult times and telling me, someone also affected, that I should’ve reminded you to respond when your message said you’d follow up. And only now that I’ve been public about my lack of support are you making any attempt to respond. That is weaponizing and you’re lying by saying you’re unable to refund and pretending to be nice by giving store credit. I don’t need more store credit beyond what I purchased. I need my exact refund immediately and I don’t care if you have to manually create an invoice for it. Take ownership for what you did wrong.
I do not want store credit. You’re not doing me a favor by avoiding giving me my money back for a product you didn’t deliver and after ignoring me for almost 8 months. Asking for a packing slip almost 8 months later and making it my fault is obscene. And your account and your founder restricting me on social media so that others can’t see your poor business practices is outrageous. There’s no accountability. Given that you’re supposedly making 10 million in revenue, it should be of little consequence for you to refund $110 to a customer who already spent money on other items

Okay only giving 5 stars cuz the customer service representative was so fast to respond and kind. However the website and size is incredibly misleading. I was pretty sure from the get go that they miswrote the models sizings’ on the website on purpose. I have ordered the mesh corset dress in black in size S which it mentions as the size that the model shown on the website is wearing. There is NO way she is wearing a size S, it is clearly an XS maybe even clipped from the back for a tighter look. Obviously I receive the S and it’s way too big. Considering the model is 2 sizes smaller than me it’s just ridiculous at this point, they know they won’t have XS in stock often so they just write the bigger size. Whatever it just caused me a lot of trouble since I couldn’t wear it on my Saint Tropez trip

I ordered a beautiful dress, received the package on the same day I had a surgery scheduled. Totally forgot about the dress, tried it on several weeks after recovering then realized I got the wrong size. I was past the return date but I contacted customer service and they worked with me. They allowed me to do a manual return for a credit so I could repurchase the dress! I was so happy!! Lanie (my customer service rep) was very pleasant to work with! Their clothes are beautifully made and the fabric feels amazing!! I’ll be a lifetime customer for sure!!!
