The house was beautiful and the service great. The Collectionist team organized everything perfectly and super fast. Alice was a great host, Abdel a great driver and Pierre an amazing chef. We can highly recommend the villa.

Great stay, great organisation, nothing to complain

The collectionist organized a great afternoon for the photoshoot of my Seineesr brand Margaux Sur Mer - the owner was gracious and the property divine. 10 out of 10

The Villa was extraordinary and the views were absolutely amazing. The property manager Arson was so helpful and just a great person. Juliette, Giulia, and others were extremely helpful and a delight to work with.

Amazing house with the perfect location and the most amazing concierge service

From the moment we arrived, the villa took our breath away. Nestled in a picture-perfect setting and beautifully appointed, it offered the ideal balance of luxury and charm. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered - from the interiors to the peaceful outdoor spaces, it felt like a true home away from home.

The pool was an absolute highlight, with amazing views and sunshine throughout the day. We spent mornings with fresh coffee on the terrace and evenings dining al fresco under the stars. The bedrooms were serene and restful, and the kitchen was fully equipped for easy meals and long, lazy breakfasts (or lunches).

What truly elevated the experience was the seamless service from Le Collectionist. Their team was attentive, professional, and kind, making the entire booking and check-in process smooth and stress-free. Any request we had was handled quickly and with warmth. Bianca was a star too.

The house was amazing, and the house staff were phenomenal. The Le Collectionist staff was excellent in setting upa number of different kinds of activities for us and our guests.

Wow, who knew Crete was so beautiful, friendly and low key? Our rented villa was amazing and all the folks ar Le Collectionist were wonderful to work with.

Overall great experience. Great staff, very attentive. The villa was amazing along with the experiences like the boat ride and super fun special table setting for dinner. Thank you to everyone who helped put together itinerary.

Tuscany was great. The house, the dinner and art class. The service was also friendly and consistent.

Gatsby was ok. Service was poor and the house did not entirely meet the expectations. The cooking class and biking experience were both great!

Nice place for at least 12 adults. The descriptions on website are well described. Concierge and cook are very nice and friendly and professional.
Villa Vadim is close to the village you can leave your car aside for the entire Holliday. Bikes are perfect.

Chalet was in excellent condition. The staff were amazing.

We booked a duplex in Méribel through Le Collectionist, and overall, our experience was very positive. The property itself was absolutely wonderful - clean, exactly as described, and truly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The booking process, however, had a few minor inconveniences. We were assigned a manager who helped us select properties and guided us through the reservation process. While she was helpful, her responses were not always prompt, and the confirmation process took several days. At one point, late on a Friday, we were unexpectedly informed that the first payment needed to be made by the end of the day. This was quite inconvenient and felt somewhat unprofessional, but thankfully, Le Collectionist was understanding and allowed us to complete the payment on Monday after the bank reopened.

Another unexpected issue arose when our original manager went on maternity leave without informing us. As a result, for several weeks, our emails went unanswered until we reached out directly to the hotel’s concierge service. It wasn’t until the time for the second deposit approached that we finally received an email from a new manager.

Despite these hiccups, the overall process was quite transparent. The company was accommodating when we requested to split the payment into multiple installments so that each family could contribute separately. There was a small inconsistency regarding the security deposit - our contract mentioned that we would receive a payment link, but instead, we were asked to make a bank transfer. For the deposit refund, we were also required to provide bank details for the return transfer.

In the end, though, these were minor issues, and the quality of the property and service made up for them. We would definitely consider booking with Le Collectionist again, as they demonstrated flexibility and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
