I recently received this electric bike and was excited to get started, but unfortunately the bike arrived with a defect in the manual gear shifting system. The middle gears do not shift properly and appear to skip or fail to engage consistently during riding.
The motor and overall design seem promising, but the gear issue significantly affects the riding experience and makes the bike difficult to use comfortably. I expected the bike to be fully inspected and functional upon delivery, especially considering the price and setup expectations for an e-bike.
I hope the company can provide a quick resolution, replacement parts, or repair support. Until the gear issue is corrected, I cannot fully rate a 5 star experience yet

It was just and easy purchase. What a great built bike! All the sites where you can ask questions are perfect for a new rider. Thank you for keeping in touch. I got in my first 8 mile ride. What a smooth ride. I’m definitely getting a new bike seat. This one isn’t very comfortable.

Everything about the packaging was well done, except there was absolutely no paperwork that came with the bike. No instruction manual, took me forever to find where the key went. Finally found a manual online. This was very disappointing. Your lucky I gave you a 4.

I purchased an e-bike from you. About a week later I received an e-mail that the bike had been shipped. In the the email was a button to push named track shipment. Stupid me pushed that button. Nothing happened. I assumed the link did not work and forgot about it. Some days later I noticed that my credit card had been charged $25 by a company called ShipmentsFree.com. (Wouldn’t you say that $25 is quite steep to track a FEDEX shipment.)
I am not concerned about the money. That is my fault for being stupid and pressing the link button. What bothers me is that I never gave this company my credit card number. It had to come from your company, I also never gave you permission to forward my card to anyone.

Timely delivery of E-Bike and Accessories.
Some light assembly for my XP4 was required and took only a few minutes (Handle Bar, Seat, Pedals and Lock, etc) the YouTube video for the E-Bike assembly was very helpful.

The bikes were delivered by FedEx and the boxes were noticeably damaged so I feared the bikes would be also. After unboxing them only 1 bike had a bent brake cable and the other was fine. The bikes were mostly assembled except for the front tire and handle bar assembly. There were no manuals for the bikes to complete assembly, and nothing to explain how to work the electronics of the bikes. I scanned the QR code that took me to an unboxing of a different model bike. After surfing the web I located a video that explained most of the functions of the bike. We do enjoy the bikes but I feel we may not know everything about the bikes that we should. A bike specific manual would be nice to have.

I love the bike. Rides great. I was a little disappointed in the set up. The description said no tools needed. It was complicated to put together. The chain guard should have been installed at the factory.

Most everything was good. One tube was bad with a defect on the top of the tube, the non-tread side. There is slop in the differential that I have not figured out yet.

The seat post lock is almost useless. I broke the Iever off trying to get to stay locked. It failed every time with normal tightening. Will need to modify it to keep from getting cut by broken cam lock lever.

I received my second XP TRIKE...the upgraded 750 watt motor...it was a little harder to assemble...but it's just time . I really enjoy the new model...turn signals eh take them or leave them I was surprised that a electric horn has not been added.... the control's were easy to adjust to. The seatpost was wobbly and it took quite a few contacts to resolve the issue.but it has been taken care of.

Have had my XP2 Trike for 3 weeks. Had a one problem
wrong seat post was sent-was replaced immediately. Talked to Curtis about other concerns and he immediately put me at ease. I really enjoy the ease of riding this trike.

The bike came and was easy to put together and easy to set up. I had a broken cell phone holder and email lecture e-bikes and sent a picture. Then I went for my first ride. I checked my email about 2 hours later and was told a new one was on the way. Great customer service
