Ich habe bereits zweimal bei led-grower.eu bestellt und bin durchweg zufrieden. Beide Male verlief alles reibungslos – der gesamte Bestellprozess war einfach und die Kommunikation hervorragend.

Beim letzten Kauf habe ich etwa 30 Produkte bestellt, die in zwei Paketen (jeweils 30+ kg und 12+ kg) aus Tschechien nach Deutschland geliefert wurden. Die Lieferzeit von ca. 5 Tagen ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Besonders hilfreich war, dass ich eine Tracking-ID im Kundencenter sowie per E-Mail erhalten habe, sodass ich meine Bestellung immer im Blick hatte.

Ein besonderes Highlight war der exzellente Kundenservice: Nachdem ein DiamondBox-Zelt nicht verfügbar war, erhielt ich bereits 30 Minuten nach meiner Zahlung eine E-Mail mit dem Hinweis auf eine Alternative. Man empfahl mir ein Zelt von HORTOSOL, das ähnlich hochwertig, aber ca. 120 Euro günstiger war. Ich musste nur kurz per E-Mail bestätigen und schon wurde das HORTOSOL-Zelt verschickt – wirklich unkompliziert und kundenorientiert!

Die Auswahl an Produkten ist groß, die Preise sind fair, und die gesamte Abwicklung lief jedes Mal problemlos. Ich kann led-grower.eu daher absolut empfehlen und werde definitiv wieder bestellen!

I've ordered from led-grower.eu twice now, and each time has been a smooth, positive experience. The whole process was straightforward, and the communication was excellent.

In my last order, I purchased about 30 items, shipped in two packages (one weighing over 30 kg and the other over 12 kg) from the Czech Republic to Germany. The delivery took around 5 days, which was totally reasonable. I received a tracking ID both via email and in the customer portal, which made it easy to keep an eye on my order.

A standout moment was the excellent customer service: when a DiamondBox tent was unavailable, I received an email about 30 minutes after payment offering an alternative – a HORTOSOL tent of similar quality but about €120 cheaper. I only had to confirm by email, and the HORTOSOL tent was shipped promptly – super easy and very customer-focused!

They have a great selection of products, fair prices, and both of my orders went smoothly. I absolutely recommend led-grower.eu and will definitely be ordering again!

DONT BUY ANYTHING IF YOU DONT WANT TO COMMUNICATE WITH 50 IQ-s support team.
This site selling products wich they dont have, than they trying to sell hes bad products instead of what was ordered. I ordered a product, it says "Usually in stock within one day" Than they write me the product will be never avaible anymore, and the status of product is not changed to "out of stock" its a misleading the customers.
They dont even try to solve any problem, have to send 4 email to answer an easy question.
