SCAMMERS! AVOID!!

Ordered for over 1000€ and they never delivered anything, when I contacted them they do not take any responsibility and try to blame the customer. They have not taken any action, helped or refunded anything even though nothing was delivered. They just continue claiming that the packages are at the pickup point, which they are not. I have filed a police report against led-grower and contacted my bank to have them recoup what I paid for a never delivered order.

Avoid this scam company at all costs if you don't want to loose money and have the company not take any responsibility.

UPDATE: Visa decided after all the proof I provided to refund the whole purchased amount. The proof led-grower provided to visa proved that they had not sent anything. Its important to remember that its the company that sent the goods that's responsible for them until you've received them according to EU law. If they cannot prove they sent or that the customer has received them they are obligated to refund you, which led-grower never offered to do or offered to resolve anything. It took over 4 months from payment until I recieved a refund trough my bank as led-grower left me without my money or order, so avoid at all costs if you don't like headaches and having to fight with a company that does not care about you or your order.

UPDATE 2: After Visas decision to do a chargeback to my account for the scam purchase at led-grower the owner David is now threatening me with legal action. Copy from the owners email "If you receive a charge-back payment without cooperating with us, we will, of course, pursue legal action". So a company that fails to deliver your order now threatens to pursue legal action on something they can't as they accepted visas terms when they signed up for their payment system, so super ignorant owner David who scams and is really ignorant on how things work. I have as mentioned filed a police report against led-grower for stealing my money and never delivering my order. All I can say that they are idiots at led-grower.

Update 3:
I have no obligaton to sign anything, especially when you provided documents in your language where the customer has no idea what they are signing. Good luck scamming other customers with that technique. I have stated over 20 times to you in various emails that I have not received anything from you. As you can see from led-growers response they're a pain in the ass to deal with and seem to have an IQ of 20 and that's being generous. Avoid led-grower like the plauge, they are cheap for a reason to lure the customers in and then never deliver your order and having to fight with them for months to get your money back. Worth noting is that I had to go trough my bank to get my money back as led-grower refused to refund me for an order they never sent.

If you have a similar experience like me with your order, go trough your bank and claim the payment as led-grower cannot prove things they never sent.

recently received expired products from…

recently received expired products from Plagron, which is extremely disappointing. The expiration date clearly states 07/06/24, and today’s date is 10/02/25. To make matters worse, I’m not even getting immediate replacements. Instead, I’ve been told that I need to wait several days for Plagron to process my complaint and provide feedback. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with expired goods. I expected better quality control and customer support from a company like Plagron.

Just disappointing 😞

Quick Response but Poor Handling of Their Mistake

I’ve had a mixed experience with LEDgrower.eu. Their response time has been quick, and they’ve been polite in their communication. They even acknowledged that the mistake was on their end. However, their willingness to take responsibility beyond that has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered a 630W double-ended bulb but received a 315W single-ended bulb instead. Despite admitting their error, they refuse to send me the correct bulb unless I file a complaint form, wait 14 days for a refund, and then reorder the product myself.

They also suggested I place a new order now and get my money refunded later. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to pay for a new order while waiting for the refund. I proposed a simple solution: send me the correct bulb, and I’ll return the wrong one. This would have been fair and straightforward, but they declined, making the process unnecessarily difficult.

While their initial communication was promising, their inability to handle such a simple issue responsibly has left me disappointed. I cannot recommend LEDgrower.eu to anyone expecting reliable customer service.

Messy Unorganized Dysfunctional...

Messy Unorganized Dysfunctional Terrible Communication.

Missing Item in package, I specifically told them to send me the missing product, but they refuses to send it, keeps giving me the run around that their company policy is that "the only option is to refund", so now I need to order that product from another seller and pay for the 10 Euro shipping cost one more time!!

Don't waste your time and money on this company!
I will never buy from them AGAIN!!

Lousy customer service..

Can't understand all these good reviews neither...

Ordered 22.11 stuff worth of over 2000€ and 11.12 they canceled my whole order.

When put my order in all stuff were marked as green (in stock) expect one which said usually at store in one business day.

Lamps that I ordered 4 they didn't have at all even though they were still selling them on their website until I mentioned that it's not good to sell something that you don't have.

They send quite gibberish msg (again)

"there may be more of them, please give us some time to chcek , at least one customer did not pick up the mantis, so we will give it to you.. tomorrow ill come with update."

Update arrived 5 days later after I was asking about my order and those lamps?

"AN should arrive next week, truncheon too. so compelte order without mantises ( 0or 1 pcs we should have) we have not checked yet

so we can ship compelte without mantises or with 1 mantis end of next week i guess."

I replied that let's forget those lamps and then they offered 15% extra credit if I want buy some other stuff..

"we can ofer you extra 15% from this credit note = we will have to return you 400€ = you can choose other product around 460€"

I said ok and was asking other lamp that costed 474,20€ and asked that should I pay 14,20€ more or is it close enough.

They answered this:

"let me know and should arrive this week, hopefully, and only what we put out is mantis ? or any other product ?"

I ask to return my money of those lamps that they didn't have. Told them as well that this has been the worst costumer service experience that I have ever experienced. I suggested them to smoke less and focus things more and wish them to have a good day and went to working.

When I arrived home at the evening and check what's going on about my order I realized that these morons canceled my whole order that I was already waited 3 weeks.

"well all of the problems was coused by you ordering product that are not in stock,, and credit before was for mantises and other products not in stock that time, so i can imagine we will continue wif full refund not to continiue with experience like this caused by you.. "

(Every product was green / In stock expect EC meter that supposed to arrive in one day according to them. Credit was suggested by them and then completely ignored and then forgot etc.) This has been madness since the first msg.

When I send msg to them and explained that I only asked refund of those lamps that they didn't have. Not canceling the whole order they didn't answer anything...

So in a nutshell only thing that these guys do fast is cancelling the order that was probably too complicated to them to put on.

If you don't want to deal with Beavis and Butt-Head kind of a guys and want to have your order faster than in 4 weeks go somewhere else.

If you want to lose your time and energy and whole motivation to gardening and order to be cancelled after 3 weeks of waiting, this is your place.
