I was looking for a particulair growing tent from Secret Jardin, I already bought one recently, and through Google I found out that this shop had a great discount for the tent I was looking for.

I live in the Netherlands, and because I never did business with this shop, I checked everything 5-times to be sure the shop is real (especially because of the special price they are offering for the item) - after I checked everything I placed the order, within 4 days I received my order as described.

I’ve ordered from LED-GROWER.eu multiple times (5–6+), and up until recently, never had any serious issues. Items always arrived, nothing missing or swapped — that alone puts them ahead of many shops these days.

That said, my recent experience took an unfortunate detour when a simple pricing question — following a €30 increase in under a week — escalated unnecessarily. After leaving a 3-star review (which I initially believed was a 4-star), I was unexpectedly met with personal insults from a representative named Emily. I won’t repeat it all here, but the tone was far from acceptable for any paying customer.

However, what followed changed the tone again — for the better. David from customer support personally reached out with a calm, respectful tone and acknowledged the situation professionally. He didn’t dodge the issue. He didn’t deflect. He addressed it as a real person, and I genuinely appreciate that.

Because of him, I’ve chosen to update this review and raise the rating to reflect that level of integrity. I truly meant no harm in my initial feedback, and while I was shocked by what came after, I’m grateful for David’s intervention. That kind of support deserves credit.

Final verdict:
Good products. One support rep definitely needs to reflect on their communication approach. But thanks to David, I’m still open to working with this company in the future.

I’ve spent over €1200 on this website, and even though it’s based in the Czech Republic and I live in Germany, all my orders arrived in about 5 days, which is truly amazing. I’ve even had Amazon orders within Germany take longer to arrive. I’m completely satisfied and highly recommend it. very professional.

I would like to share with you my extremely disappointing experience with this service, which was catastrophic from A to Z. From the outset, I was given no warning that my order was out of stock. I was told either to wait one or more months, we don't know, or to accept inferior material, and this after the purchase. For over a week, I had to contact everyday one email address with several different people, who kept asking me to repeat my situation. Communication was very difficult, with people speaking poor English, announcing prices, then backtracking, citing difficulties in expressing themselves in their second language. This confusion only added to the loss of time. The person in charge of support, Emily, was negligent, making no effort to suggest alternatives. She told me she was going to check with her superior regarding my proposal to solve a problem caused entirely by their logistical problems. So I asked for his contact, but instead of giving it to me, she came back with a receipt, as if to get rid of me without having to deal with my situation. She cancelled my order and issued a refund before I had a chance to speak to a manager, even though she had assured me that she would share the situation with him. This experience reveals a chaotic customer service and organization, and a business strategy that needs to be reviewed. In the end, the company lost an order for 500 euros, and all subsequent orders. I regularly place orders, often large ones, and never have I encountered such a lack of professionalism. I almost never leave reviews, and when I do it's to highlight a positive experience (for example, with Herbies, where the support was more than perfect+). Here, I'm taking the time to detail this bad experience because it's important for you to know how disappointing this service can be, despite the sometimes attractive prices. In short, this situation caused me a considerable loss of time making me late on my cultivation projects through their fault, so total frustration. I would strongly advise anyone to be careful before buying from them.

Wide spread of product to choose, but not much in stock. I had maybe 5 different led light manufaturers in mind to choose, but only 1 was in stock. Product came fast to Finland well packed. Just scared to even try to order something that wasn’t in stock.
My recomendation to buyers: Buy product that is in stock and your order will go well.
My recomendation for the shop: Get more stock or/and remove product that is hard to get from the manufacturer or importer. And send info to the customers, if handling (or stock order) takes longer than estimated.
I read Trustpilot reviews before ordering.

Very poor, incompetent and dysfunctional Customer Servces: failure to deliver, correct order, incorrect product dimensions, mal-manufactired. Failure to answer simple direct question in emails.
Definitely would NOT recommend anyone buy from or deal with this Praque-based, so-called regisyered company. Avoid.

Will consider taking this matter to Czech authorities, and if necessary to the E.U Commission in Brussels.
