What can I say - these guys are AMAZING!
Every order has arrived pronto and I recently ordered a new cable....which my dog chewed through so I ordered another.
These guys being the legends they are cancelled my order and sent me a replacement for free.

paid 6.99 for postage
paid 6.99 for postage, which is sort of normal these days, despite the fact that it was only a large letter sized parcel, but the courier didn't actually deliver to my property and so I had to go and collect the item myself. if that's what I wanted I would have chosen that option in the first place

Many thanks for the review. Where a customer requests from the courier that the parcel is delivered to their safe place, as was in this case, unfortunately this is at the customer's risk. We did try our best to investigate this for you and the courier produced GPS and a photograph of the parcel successfully delivered to where you requested. This is an agreement between you and the courier. If you are having parcels stolen from you after the courier has successfully delivered them, as we have already suggested, please use a different safe place or remove the preference all together.
