I before give this company 1 star as I did not receive my goods , It wasn’t fare to be honest because it wasn’t their fault and out of their control as it was the postage company that failed. Since then I have ordered a few more items and they have been very good to order from.
Their prices are very good and the products are of good quality. So I can review my scoring to 5 star .

Shocking service Missing Parts

Shocking service Missing the 2nd light purchased on the light shades were sent the wires forming the light were missing thats 3 cables making up the 3 spider light.
Purchased 2 spider lights a significant amount of parts were missing
Emailed to request them but no response. Appalling service and the company are not interested.
I would not purchase again and will be returning the incomplete light and having to purchase elsewhere.
Save time and effort and purchase from another supplier

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
I ordered lights and bulbs back in December 25 which arrived promptly, unfortunately two of the bulbs were smashed due to poor packaging / handling.
I contacted Ledsone who have said all the right things, apologies, we will replace them etc. Despite various emails back and forth I am still waiting for the replacement bulbs, they have provided one tracking number which photographic evidence proved had been delivered to a warehouse somewhere rather than my home where the original order was delivered to.
Unless you want unnecessary stress in your life I would avoid purchasing from this company.

Following my previous feedback

Following my previous feedback, I would like to raise a further complaint regarding my order.

I have still not received the missing bulb. Today, 17 March 2026, I was informed that the item is now out of stock, which is why it was never sent. I was also told that it cannot be dispatched anymore.

I find this unacceptable, especially as I was not informed earlier and had to follow up myself.

Additionally, I was asked to choose a different item and delete my feedback, with the implication that otherwise no replacement would be provided. This is not an appropriate or fair resolution.

I can't speak to the quality of their…

I can't speak to the quality of their products, because I NEVER GOT MINE. I gave them the correct full address for my P.O. Box in my order and I got a notice six days in for insufficient address. Apparently they just put my town and zip code on it? Brilliant. It even landed at my post office, but was returned because they had no idea where to put it. Now it's been nine days and they won't even email me back. Amateur hour in San Jose. Ugh. I'd recommend shopping anywhere else.

They scammed me for postage

They scammed me for postage! They gave me the runaround about having delivered my order, but I never received it, and proved it to them. They “confirmed” my address more than once and kept sending me notices that my replacement order had been shipped. I got a notice from Evri that they were expecting my order. Meantime I got an insufficient postage notice from Royal Mail. Thinking it was something else, I paid it! LED Sone has charged me more for postage than the item was worth! I have every email and will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Btw it has taken 6 weeks!

Sent the Wrong Item… Then Made Me Fix It

Wrong item sent. Fair enough — mistakes happen. But then the adventure began.

First, I had to prove they’d sent the wrong item… by sending photos. Apparently, my word alone wasn’t convincing enough, so I played detective and submitted the photographic evidence.

Next, I was kindly offered a discount… to buy the item I never wanted or needed in the first place. Strangely, I declined the generous opportunity to spend more money on something I didn’t want.

Then I was asked if I wanted a refund.
Err… yes. Yes, I do.

After that, I had to confirm again, package the item up, and take it to a parcel shop before a refund could even be considered.

Just to recap: the mistake was on their end, yet I ended up doing the admin, the investigation, the packing, and the delivery.

At this point I’m just wondering when my wage packet arrives for doing their job. 😄

Order didn’t arrive

Order didn’t arrive. So I contacted Ledsone . They asked that I wait two more days to allow the first order to be delivered. Still nothing so I contacted the sales team to confirm the package hadn’t arrived. They then confirmed they would send a replacement . Although my address was on the original order they then wasted more time by asking me to confirm the delivery address.
