Absolutely dire customer service

I rang the company to check the dimensions of some spring clips for lampshades that were advertised on Amazon. Having tried to find them on their website after numerous searches I was unsuccessful. The first time I called the phone was hung up on me. When I got through the second time all I got was a woman insisting I send an email and they could look into it for me. Apparently they have over 5000 products and couldn't possibly search it for me. It didn't matter what I said to explain the item she kept repeating send an email. OK I thought you clearly do not need my custom, simple! I will be buying elsewhere.

5* products and customer service

Bought a beautiful light fitting, packaged very well and unfortuantly 3 of the bulbs didn't work, I don't believe this was any fault to the company, builbs are very delicate even when packaged very well, withing 24 hours 3 replacements were sent and tracking number was provided 5* company and customer service!!!

Prompt delivery, excellent support

The lights arrived promptly and were packaged very well. Unfortunately we only noticed when they were installed 6 weeks later that one crystal was chipped and a bulb wasn't working. I contacted customer service, they sent a replacement crystal which arrived within 48 hrs and the bulb (which was out of stock at the time) a few days later. Very impressed with all. Customer service is excellent!

Actual item did not resemble the…

Actual item did not resemble the picture on their website. I purchased a light fitting that was shown as metal with a knurled shade retaining nut but what arrived was a cheap plastic facsimile. I couldn't be bothered to send it back as I needed to get it fitted. It does the job but is not what it was supposed to be so I'm unlikely to buy from them again.
Edit. I was contacted by Ledsone after posting this review. They were apologetic and wanted to resolve my concern. As I had already fitted the light I did not require any replacement however they did agree to review their product description in the light of the issue. My comment about the knurled nut was actually erroneous as that had been a different fitting on their site, however the description of it being metal was still mis-representative, but fair play to them for following it up, as they did seem genuinely concerned at my displeasure. I have revised my rating accordingly.

Order arrived quickly enough but arrived damaged , bit of an ordeal to get the issued completely resolved. Not resolved yet but I am hopeful.

Very Poor Customer Service

Think very carefully before purchasing, my 2 light fitting and bulbs arrived, the bulbs where incorrect for the light fittings, so I had to purchase the correct bulbs myself. Opening the light fittings and 1 shade was damaged, I emailed photos and also tried to call the contact number on the website, which was useless. The only way I have manged to make contact is via webchat. Nearly a week has gone on and there is no resolve. The only positive comment I can make was the delivery was very quick.
