Steer clear of this company

Steer clear of this company. After I contacted them, they have been bombarding me with their emails twice a day, begging for my business. After I’ve send them to sign our insurance approved agreement (t&cs & NDA) they don’t respond to me. It’s been two weeks now and they simply do not respond to my emails.

This is not how professional company’s behave, so don’t waste your time and find someone else. There is plenty of company’s in the UK.

UPDATE: 23/01/23 They now have replied to the review and yet again ignoring the fact that I have sent them two follow-up e-mails chasing them to respond. I have received no response to two e-mails after they signed our insurance approved agreements. In their response they now ask me to e-mail to a different e-mail address which is not the e-mail address we communicated for two month! The e-mail address we communicated is "info' Please see below:

Dear Amy,

What are reasons that you do not respond to my emails?

You’ve chased me for two month in daily basis, now that you’ve signed agreement and I can work with you, you are not responding? This is not something I would I expect with a professional company.

I hope all is well and I look forward to hear from you at your earliest convenience so I can obtained my documents for products.

Regards

Zane

I bought 2 balm CPSR that I couldn’t…

I bought 2 balm CPSR that I couldn’t use!!! They produced a totally unrelated report for one of the balms saying it was a hand sanitiser containing alcohol!! Which is just absolute nonsense. They did this even though I gave them the correct ingredient list. Something is seriously astray here as I asked them to amend the report properly and the amended report was returned with a lot of misinformation. They even had the gall to send me a report with the assessors name and then list qualifications belonging to another person. I am concerned that the reports are not legal due to this and despite paying over £200 this issue has not been resolved. Please think twice before using them. I have not been given a refund or usable CPSR…ok in response to the reply from Leeding Freelancers. I received the new CPSRs on14th January. They have been signed off by the same assessor whose name is on the original reports! Malgorzata Wojciecho listed by yourselves as Małgorzata Wojciechowska, CChem, MRSC, MSc, BSc. You then list all the qualifications in support of this, for another person, called Geraldine Garrs!! How do I know this? I’ll show you from the CPSR … Małgorzata Wojciechowska, CChem, MRSC, MSc, BSc
You have then written ‘Summary of career for Geraldine Garrs, CChem, MRSC, MSc.’ And printed a career history for Geraldine Garrs. So it’s a bit disconcerting. Why produce an amended report with so many red flags? Also by way of an illustration the second amended CPSR for the Beard Balm is wildly inaccurate. So the matter is not resolved at all. For example “ 6. Normal and reasonably foreseeable use and pack directions
Use as a typical alcohol-based hand cleanser. Pack directions: “Rub a small amount of gel across your hands until dry. Do not rinse or wipe. And you’ve written this which for a balm containing oils fats and 2 essential oils is astounding “
c.Inhalation Exposure
Small amounts of alcohol vapour may be inhaled, but the exposure via this route (<0.5% of the applied product, assuming a 1m3 breathing volume, 3 minutes exposure and 6 litres/minute breathing rate) is much lower than the dermal absorption figures assumed in Table 9, so can be ignored. As an alternative calculation if the product is used at the rate given in the table 8a in a confined space such as a bathroom (typical volume 12.5m3) the concentration of alcohol will be more than a factor of 50 less than the UK occupational exposure level of 1920mg/m3 (8-h TWA, 2011 WEL). Also you’ve written this in the CPSR which is worrying “ quality / challenge testing
Microbial checks on each batch are not done and challenge test not required since product contains a high concentration of alcohol and cannot support growth of micro-organisms”. You’ve said clearly that my product contains high levels of alcohol !!! It clearly does not because it’s a balm. In addition despite listing my packaging as aluminium the amended report still manages to give me a rationale for PVC packaging as shown here baring in mind no PVC packaging is used for the product! “ (h) Impact of packaging on safety
No chemical incompatibilities are expected between the primary packaging material (PVC) and the product, and this material(s) is regularly used to package similar alcoholic-based cosmetic products in the EU. The material used is considered appropriate for the product type described. It is considered unlikely that toxic substances will migrate from the packaging to the product; however it is recommended that a packaging compatibility study is carried out with the product.
I have asked for a refund because of these concerns but have not been given one. I have checked my emails and have not received any further reports.
