Our new home came with the knowledge…
Our new home came with the knowledge that the front door lock couldn’t be used. Late that night we called the locksmith who came out promptly and fixed the problem. We were then able to have a peaceful sleep. Highly recommended service

Never showed up
Never showed up, after waiting 2 hours after my initial call I rang back and was told an engineer would call me but an hour later still nothing.
I had to use a another company who took 20 minutes to arrive after my call.
But this company were a huge let down, the guy who answered had clearly been sleeping and just wanted my call to end so he could doze off again.
I wouldnt have minded but it I was locked out in the rain and they never called me back after chasing them up.

Quick efficient service.
It was late Saturday night and I was going away the next day. My dining room window would not close at all and the barrel inside the lock fell out. I rang the locksmith service and the engineer arrived in 40 minutes and 15 minutes later...job done new lock fitted. Any similar problems I will certainly use this company again.
