We were a bit worried about moving from a sprung to a foam mattress, but it was definitely the right choice. We’ve had our Leesa mattress for 3 months now and I love it. I used to find it hard to get comfortable at night, and wake up with back and back pain. I haven’t woken up in pain at all since changing to a Leesa.

Within the first 100 days, I requested a replacement due to sagging. This was fine and completed without issue. 12 to 14 months later, the same sagging returned, meaning my wife and I couldn't roll to face each other any more. We turned the mattress every 2 weeks, and I weigh about 13.5 st. A technician was sent and he said, 'It's not faulty. That's just how these LEESA mattresses are'. So that's that. I'm glad I waited before submitting a review, because it would have been 5 stars off the first 3 months...

I did a lot of research before ordering a 'bed in the box'. I opted for Leesa as this was not too firm in reviews, it wasn't too expensive, has good reviews and the company donates to charity.

The mattress was delivered quickly.
The mattress appears to be good quality. It was easy to unpack and put on the bed, though it is quite heavy (as they all are). There are no handles and this would be my only feedback to the company in terms of changing. I like the cover - feels luxurious and soft and it is a nice thick mattress. The mattress feels quite warm to sleep on but not overly hot and didn't make me sweat (I do get hot at night but this wasn't too bad). The mattress didn't 'swallow' me up as I have read some foam mattresses do. It was mainly really comfortable. However, for me, it was a bit too firm on my shoulders (I'm a side sleeper). When lying on my back it was really comfortable but unfortunately I can't sleep on my back. How hard a mattress is seems to be a very subjective thing - I have read reviews on mattresses where people say the same mattress is too firm and too soft so don't let my experience put you off trying it.

Leesa as a company were great to deal with - there was no quibbling about the return (it was within the 100 day trial). I had been worried that I'd have to start chasing to arrange the return but I made contact via email and website chat and I can't fault the communication. Leesa arranged for a charity to collect the mattress which for me is another real positive as I know a charity will be benefitting from this (my only slight negative on the collection was that the charity only come to my area one day a week so I couldn't choose the day and had to take some time off work for collection - but this isn't Leesa's fault).

I received a refund in a few days.
I love the ethos of this company - donating 1 mattress to charity for every 10 sold.

I really wanted to keep this mattress but it wasn't quite right for me. However, I have still given Leesa as a company 5 stars due to the quality of the mattress, the customer service and the company ethos and I would recommend this mattress / company to others.

Haven’t slept so well for a long time. No more back pain!

The Leesa is an incredibly comfortable mattress. We overheat in it easily, which I understand to be a problem with memory foam mattresses, but the pleasure of lying on it makes up for that at the moment - hopefully it is manageable in the summer.

It’s absolute perfection.
So comfortable - so much so that our 5yr daughter keeps creeping into bed!

Had my Leesa for about 6 weeks and both my wife and myself have never slep better. Out the box, in the bed, in use same night and since bedtime cannot come soon enough. Just love my Leesa.

Loved it to start with but a year on, this is a terrible terrible purchase and the customer service is appalling.
I got in touch because the sides of the mattress have collapsed, and the response was ‘you’re out of the 90 days, we have nothing more to do with you’ which was disappointing to say the least.
I seriously regret buying this rubbish mattress and am pretty sure they are built to last a few months and then deteriorate quickly so you should save your money and buy something else.

Absolutely delighted with your product. Your service was excellent, the mattress arriving exactly on time. It was very easy to set up and is very very comfortable and of excellent quality.

This is the most expensive mattress I've ever bought by a long way and I have no regrets. It's so comfy!
The only problem is that I just want to stay in bed all day now

I’m not loving it but it’s not bad enough to send back. I constantly feel like I’m falling off because the part not contouring to my body is so much higher than where I’m lying. Hoping I’ll get used to it and feel cozy and nestled.

We are sleeping very well on this mattress and I don't wake up anymore when my husband turns during the night. The smell of the new mattress disapeared quicker than with other mattresses. The only drawback is the weight and the fact that it doesn't have any handles to turn it.

I love my Leesa mattress - it's incredibly comfortable (just the right balance of firmness and softness for my liking), and order and delivery was very easy. It's not the cheapest mattress around, but if you've got the money to spare in my view it's definitely worth the investment!
