Amazing attention to detail in the user…

Amazing attention to detail in the user experience from start to finish. Design and branding of packaging and booklet -- WOW. Got my memories from the 80s and 90s and oof what a blast from the past. Worth every penny. I'll be back with more.

Good customer service

Good customer service, help when I asked for it, a couple tapes had issues, but was sent shipping labels to reconvert those tapes, 2 of 24, photos were good, I was surprised the backs are scanned also, you might highlight that in your manual or advertising. Friends were unable to download and save video from the share link on a tablet or phone, only worked on pc

So professional!

The package I received to send my VHS, C size tapes, and 8mm movies was very impressive and simple to use. There was constant interaction from Legacy letting me know when my package was received and all along the way as they went through the process. Getting the email with the link to my videos was so exciting and caused a lot of tears! The box with my originals arrived shortly and once again the packaging was so impressive! I don’t think I’ve dealt with such a professional company before. They seem to know how precious the memories they are saving are to the customers!

It was much easier to do than I initially thought. Your directions are detailed and easy to follow. The whole process of viewing our old tapes, choosing which ones to send, and viewing the final product is a beautiful walk down memory lane.

Takes FOREVER 3 months and FORCES a membership!

First off, its another one of these sites that FORCES you to sign up for a membership, and then after taking 3 months to get your items processed, they charge you $4.99 and WONT give you a refund when you ask for it back, because you forgot you signed up for it. I would recommend finding someone local off of Facebook or Yelp, and having them do it for you.

Use another company

I digitized both slides and pictures with Legacy Box. I tried to arrange them in chronological order in amounts of 25 using their barcodes. What I got back was a jumbled up order of both slides and pictures.
The DVD I ordered came with both the front and back( blank) of each print,leaving me with a DVD that I cannot use. Some of the slides and pictures were upside down.
I will not use Legacy Box in the future as I continue to digitize my life’s worth of pictures. They are expensive and the product I got back was of poor quality.

We felt every emotion watching our memories

I was so nervous and excited to use their service. Sending off the only memories I had was nerve-wracking. I was so happy with the results!!! My family and I sat down to watch the videos. It l brought out laughs, cries, and every emotion in between. I was able to order when they had a sale. I can honestly say that the original price for each tape is really high.
