The Elite Courses are very educational and the teachers are very knowledgeable. If you follow the rules there is no way you are not going to succeed. So if you are serious about self development and property this one is for you. It is not cheap, but the right knowledge is priceless. You need to put the work in, no one else will do it for you :) so if you think this will make you a lot of money because you have paid for it. It is not the case. So brace yourself for a wild ride and if you follow the rules and implement the information provided to you, you will be the winner and you will make your money back really quickly.

We attended the initial 3 day basic program in January 2019 where we signed up to an Advanced training package. Since doing this we have discovered success in finding and purchasing our first Buy to Let, we have gained extensive knowledge in several specialist areas (of which we would not know without Legacy’s help) and developed ourselves on a personal level to one which we never thought could be possible.
The trainers are just amazing, a wealth of knowledge and support. Each and every trainer is a highly successful and current property investor in their own right.
Legacy is so much more than just a training provider it is a whole support network. There is a help desk available who will help you with any query you may have including assistance analysing a deal or giving general guidance. This service has been invaluable to us in a number of situations and in fact prevented us from making a potentially very costly mistake. Within the network there are over 6500 property investors whom you can talk to and seek advice from. Legacy make this easy by running networking events and supporting you in how to network if this is a new skill (one which we were terrified of!)
We genuinely feel that Legacy have changed our lives for the better. We are better people (having worked on our personal development), happier and more content in our lives, and on a path to creating financial freedom so we can spend more time with our family.
Yes Legacy is expensive but it is certainly cheaper than we paid to get our Degrees at university and set to provide a much larger return in both a financial and emotional sense. Also, there is a additional worth in the training because you have invested in it.

We shared some of uncertainties that many people had during the basic training but decided we needed to take the plunge and make a positive change in our life. The course and mentors have provided us with so much information, guidance and inspiration that massively surpasses any financial impact that the course has had. This course is an investment in your life and the network that we have developed has meant the support will be there for generations to come as it is a change in mindset that is probably most important. An amazing training course. Not only does it teach you all the knowledge you can put into action but the trainers and mentors are incredible at changing mindset and bringing positivity to the forefront which has an amazing effect on your property journey but also on your daily life. The support of the trainers and mentors is immense and they really want you to achieve in your property journey. It is the best decision we have made in our life and the most life changing.

We may not have taken the plunge before attending this training. We were supported during the signing up and the support has continued. The legacy family is great and everyone has been very honest and useful information/guidance given throughout our journey so far. The courses are great and have alot of detail/content. Staff are very engaging and willing to discuss all queries in detail. It is alot of money, sure, but worthwhile for when looking at your financial future. It's an investment in yourself and a great opportunity. We recommend it.

Great training provided. Would never have taken the plunge into property investing without it. Great content on all the courses that are realistic and give you directions of the actions needed to be taken in order to be successful in property. Also there are a lot of different strategies covered. I had my 3 day one on one mentorship last year and it completely changed my outlook on life. 2 deals in, and more in the pipeline. Excited for my future because of what the people behind legacy have inspired me to belief can also be my future.

This training company is amazing. The biggest and the best in my opinion. Learn everything you need to know about investing in the uk property market. How to make your money work for you. This is what the rich teach their children that the middle and lower classes do not. I have come through the program and not just learned the principals but put it into action. It is like a university education that actually makes you financially savvy investors rather than just stuck in the job building someone else’s dreams. Taking control of your own financial success is not for everyone but if you want to take control then learn what is needed to be learned from the company that has been training in this field for a very long time from people that have done it.

I sat and attended this intense training programme 4 years ago now. And still, to this day, enjoy the community and evolving support of skilled property investors that Legacy continue to produce.

Everyone invests in the property for different reasons. But for me it was important I invested the right way from day one and went on to learn various strategies in high detail which has allowed me to go on and invest safely for many years now and reshape my life.

The 3 Day property investor course is an absolute waste of time & Money.

The training is billed as if they will teach you the following strategies:
HMO
Asset Protection
Lease options
buy to let
E.t.c
But in fact, all the 3 days is geared to get you to sign up onto their very expensive mentor-ship courses where they say you will learn all the above topics in detail and eventually became a successful investor. At no point during the 3 day training, they ever teach you anything about the property or strategies as an investor. the trainers use examples throughout the training from former students who have been on the course, showing their journeys on the course and success. in addition, the trainers themselves even try to flaunt their own wealth but they never show any evidence of this work. They bring in 4 or 5 couples to provide testimonials throughout the training days. All examples used are fictional and unsubstantiated.
They never answer any questions during their presentations. all answers are given on a 1 to 1 basis.

Throughout the training days( during breaks), they hold 1 to 1 sessions. its basically one of their agents trying to get you to sign up onto their mentor ship program..
The programs they try to sell you are as follows:
Package 1- £12000 with no mentor)
Package 2( 26000 with a mentor)
Package 3 ( 40000 including a mentor + all the courses),,

The whole point of the 3 day course is to get you to sign up on the more expensive program. During the 1 to 1 sessions, they try and calculate your expenses and workout if you can offord to sign up. if they know that you dont have enough money to signup onto thier program, they then encourage you to go and find a loan or pay for your course using a credit cards
Throughout the training, they show you techniques on how to acquire various credit cards and bank loan. All this is done to encourage you to apply for credit if you do not have any to get on the expensive program. Over the 3 day course, they offer discounts( valid only for 3 days) to entice you to sign up on the day. they use all techniques and pressure selling, even as far as advising you on the loan companies to get loans if you do not have enough money on the day.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... Do not attend the 3 day course. You can find all the information about property investing yourself without attend this course.. If you do go on this course, then please do not sign up on any of their programs. its a total scam and not worth it,.

The £1000 property investors course is a complete scam. It is 10% education and 90% high pressure, morally devoid sales pitches for the rest of their courses. Their tactics range from the subtle, to the down right evil. Examples?

The "Trainer" asks you whether things sound like a great idea all the time (literally every 5 minutes) and then asks "yes or yes?". Subtle conditioning that the answer No is not an option.

Women who have been brought along by their partners should let their husbands spend 40k on the full course because their partners will die before them statistically, and do they really want their husbands to die miserable and poor? Yeah, I am not kidding, this actually happened.

The credit limit game, at lunch on the first day everyone is encouraged to go out and call their banks and increase their credit limit as much as possible. This is suggested in the spirit of maximizing available capital for investing in property, but is actually a qualifier to see who will have spare credit to spend on their other courses. The people in the room who fail to do this are called "Pathetic" and "Losers".

People are offered 1 on 1 sessions with the team there to develop a plan on how to invest in property going forward, this is actually just a 1 on 1 sales session where people are told which of their additional courses they should go on.

Over 3 days you are repeatedly told that you will fail at property investment unless you have a mentor. Luckily most of their programs that you can buy come with a mentor. Convenient that.

You are repeatedly told that 40k isn't a lot of money when talking about the profit you make on property deals, so that when they come to upsell you, you don't think it is a big deal as you will make your money back in the first couple of deals.

You are given a "curriculum", and are told to turn to pages to it over the 3 days. It is not a curriculum, it is a course brochure and every page talks about a course and what it involves.

You are given a training book with loads of stuff to fill out, and you literally only do 2 pages out of the whole thing because they are too busy trying to upsell you further courses.

They get people to write their hopes and dreams and sign and date them and put them up on a wall in the conference room. This is then absorbed by the sales team so they can target peoples aspirations when selling. They do the same with peoples fears and get them to throw them into the corner of the room so that you can "get rid of your fears and negativity". I assume these are also picked up and absorbed by the sales team too.

No one has any proof of their deals or credentials, and good luck googling them because the info you will find can be faked in about 5 minutes.

Oh and don't forget, if you buy the full range of courses there and then there is a hefty discount available for those courageous enough to make the leap.

There is more, but honestly, just do your research online, no need to pay for the info I gained, it is all available on websites.

Honestly the worst weekend I have ever experienced. Period. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY.

I feel I got scammed out of £1000, for a 3 day 'course'. Again as some others have commented - the majority of these sessions involved the 'tutors' selling us additional courses. Then there would be sessions of so-called previous students who would brag about their success stories... I was there to learn - not hear about this crap!
You will learn something in these 3 days, but it certainly does not justify the cost.
They psychologically make you feel you need to be a part of their group and make you feel as if you will fail if you do not go with them.
Their additional courses are extremely expensive when compared to more honest companies. Circa £40,000. Really?!
A word of advice - You will not get rich if you give all your money away!
They are making a killing out of hard working people, many of which are not capable of making a success of this.
They should do IQ tests on everyone, especially the more vulnerable. One of the 'students' there when I went didn't even understand why a bank would charge her a fee / % to loan her money...
Legacy were convincing people to get out 4 credit cards to raise crazy amounts of money to pay for their course. They want the payment up front ... This is just disgusting.

As Legacy states - Debt can be good Debt if producing positive cash flow. But they don't care if they put you in bad debt with their course. I feel sorry for some of the people that get sucked into this.

They will say during the course; 'do not believe everything on the internet'. Yes do not believe everything - But believe me, Its not a scam - its just a terribly expensive course sold to people in a very unethical way!

I hope this review will give you some insight into what it actually is.
AVOID!

When I first signed up to Legacy, I didn't know anything about property, except that I wanted to own one and didn't think I ever could in today's market. Half of the 3-day weekend, which I paid £1k for, was shameless upselling and success stories. However, because this way of investing in property was totally new to me, I paid the £16k on courses and mentorship, hoping that Legacy's strategies would enable me to achieve my property goal. I was told by one salesman that I will be able to make back the £16k by sourcing, the only starting point open to me.

What he didn't tell me was what sourcing entails; it is incredibly time-intensive and getting that one lucrative deal is like searching for a needle in a haystack. What's more, most of the course trainers disliked sourcers and warned against using any, so I got no support (and Legacy did not teach sourcing). The course training was vague and the trainers didn't like explaining any details; I felt like a nuisance asking so many questions. Even though the mentorship was better, the whole package was not worth £16k.
If you are interested in property, there are plenty of free resources you can use and lots of Meetup and Facebook groups you can join to learn and share knowledge on topics relating to property.

If I could give no star here, I would. I am a victim to this scam education program. Mentors are conned. I was stupid enough to use their mentor scheme after paying so much money and built a house via their conned builder network. The house has had so many leaks and cracks since. Got the surveyor report on the cracking roof agreeing poor materials were used. Now, I have to pay a lot to repair the house. I went back to Legacy to ask for further advice as to how to advance the property building journey and hoping they would be kind enough to see how they can help. They quickly said there was nothing they can do and have nothing to do with them. Also, the conned builder they spoke highly of, whom they referred to me and they said they had nothing to do with them. They washed their hands off as quickly as they can. They don’t even want to have a meeting to offer advice or not even try to say ‘move on from here and let us guide you on building other property strategy’ etc. They do not have any genuine interest to help you and they just after your monies. After persuading you to pay the fee and got you on some courses, they would just bugger off especially when you face issues. They gave you many successful stories in the free seminar but when you face any problem, listen up...you are on your own. Forget about what they say about Tigrent or Legacy family and they want you to succeed! Their former name was Tigrent by the way. Avoid it at all cost.

Went along to the 'free' seminar, signed up for the course at £997, came home researched them and their reviews and was completely put off. Cancelled two days into the 14 day cooling off period, so two days after the free seminar. It has now been 26 days and still no refund of my £997, have chased by email and just get told its 'being processed'. Have now had to file a dispute via my bank to help recover my money. When you read deeper into reviews it seems doing their course is just another way to get you to pay more money for yet another course. You can get loads of free information online, go and check out propertygeek.net and also thepropertyhub.net so much free info and podcasts. You will really understand that you do not need to pay nearly £1k to go on a course that will be another big sales pitch. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS COURSE AND CHASE YOUR REFUND EARLY.
