I am putting an offer in on a house in South Florida. My realtor told me to estimate the property taxes at 2% of the purchase price. I wanted a more specific calculation. I was happy to also receive very detailed checklists to bring with me during my home inspection.

I started my google search with just the address in hopes Google would present me with some options. Trustpilot came up in my search and suggested Property History. I clicked on that and then paid the $1 fee for the report. I think there is room for improvement here...providing links to the other reports and offering a special to recieve all 10 reports at a discount.

This site was helpful and the helpful hints were just what I needed as a beginner.

This is a really good site, it had a lot of information about my property and i loved how they even included up to date pictures of my home and street. But if you are looking to find a list of your property's chain of title or past history form like 10 or 20 years back than i don't think this site is the one to get that information from as i could not find past history that far back for my property. But other than that i like this site its really easy to navigate and informative.

Super easy to use this app. Quick results and fairly accurate. Was just researching who owns the lot next to my home as it it overgrown. I am looking for any information on the lot and Trust Pilot was a huge benefit.

Although I had initial trouble signing in as a returning customer, the online assistance phoned me back to walk me through how to get a new report. This was done by Felicia with dispatch, promptly and in a friendly manner.

This was an easy-to-use site (and I'm a senior). Very informative. I do wish it loaded previous owners. But it is all good info! Thank you.

This site helped me find the address of the absentee owner for the house next door to mine so that I could contact him about an issue on his property that is affecting the use of my property. Apparently, California state law prohibits getting property owner information on online from public records.
