Avoid this company
I would give legalplace.fr zero stars if possible. They were unable to set up my micro business. They charged me for the set up and continue to try charge my credit card for the monthly domicile address despite me cancelling their service. And after over 2 months they are still telling me the my refund is being dealt with by another department.

As a citizen of the United States, my situation was complicated.
I had trouble submitting the proper forms and your office was very patient, always making suggestions that were useful. It was complicated because my residence in France is a mason secondaire and my main residence is in the USA. But in the end, I will receive the sticker showing a change of address in France for my carte grise.

Absolutely horrendous..
Absolutely horrendous... they want me to add my postcode which is on my kbis but there form doesn't allow alphabets in the postcode field (I live in the UK so have letters in the postcode)... I've paid 700 euros have raised with the company but no resolution so far... have only received one email saying that relevant department is looking into it... its been more than two weeks now... they said company can be closed quickly and took my money now not responding and I want a refund

************Please do not use legal place if you are applying for any visa through VFS. Its a complete nightmare! They don't mention this on your website but they do not provide you with a business domicile IF you do not reside in France already.
I have been trying to reach them for a week and no success. I paid for a service to domicile my business DO NOT DO THIS with Legal place is you are applying for your visa as they require you to already by a citizen of France. My VFS interview in in 48 hours and they have ruined a years worth of work by only having robots respond and NEVER answering the phone or emails.
******Also the response of legal place was just here for a show. They sent and email saying they don’t offer this service if you are doing a visa so please be aware of this. And after that- they never responded to my emails not helped me in anyway. Because of their lack of professionalism they almost cost me my visa. And they made the entire process so stressful. I also never received a refund. So please, I can save you from making this mistake.

Awesome experience as a non-French speaker
