Scammer company!! Engaged their service to open a company and as a foreigner i did not know i was not eligible for micro-entrepreneur in france and they called me one day after i submitted my request and told me that it is not possible for me to open the company. REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY TO ME AS THEY TOLD ME THEY ALREADY PROCESS IT?? WHAT A LIE. NO DOCUMENTS WERE SUBMITTED TO THE AUTHORITIES AS I AM NOT EVEN ENTITLED TO OPEN A COMPANY. SCAMMER SCAMMER!!!

Simple, éfficace

No help at all with carte gris kept saying there were various problems with documents went to a different company and received it in a couple of days refused to return our full payment.

J'ai souscrit à un contrat de domiciliation avec LegalPlace le 31 Mai 2024. Ils promettent d'analyser votre dossier sous 24h, mais nous sommes aujourd'hui le 17 juin 2024 et je suis forcé de constater, que ma demande de domiciliation est toujours en attente. J'ai relancé le support à plusieurs fois via le système de ticket, mais toujours rien. Pire, le 10 juin 2024, on m'annonce qu'un "formaliste" me fera un retour le lendemain au plus tard, mais depuis silence radio. Par contre, le paiement a été validé aussitôt et j'ai été prélévé dans la foulée, trés efficace a ce niveau là rien à dire...

I entered into a contract with LegalPlace on May 31, 2024 for a domiciliation. They promise to analyze your file within 24 hours, but today is June 17, 2024, and my domiciliation request is unfortunately still pending. I have followed up with support several times via the ticket system, but still nothing. Worse, on June 10, 2024, I was told that a 'formaliste' would get back to me by the next day at the latest, but since then, they did not get back to me. However, the payment was accepted immediately, and I was charged right away, very efficient in that area, nothing to say...

If you want to avoid stress, avoid LegalPlace.

Hello , legal place has been really helpful for creation of entreprise and MR. Jean Marc is really helpful providing all the necessary information and guiding me properly to complete my file. Hopefully I’m in safe hands.

I'm a little bit shocked about the experience I have had with Legal Start. Unpleasantly shocked.

I have used a number of similar such platforms (for company incorporation, accounting etc). I could not believe how bad the advice I received from legal Start.

The first staff that I spoke to ("Sixtine") could not answer the most basic questions. I eventually gave up and asked if there was anyone else who could help. And it gets worse. The second consultant ("Jerry" or similar, not only could not answer any (very basic) questions, he seems very bothered that I should even be asking.

AVOID LEGAL PLACE. There are numerous other more knowledgeable and helpful organisations you could work with in France.

J'ai utilisé un certain nombre de plateformes similaires (pour la constitution de sociétés, la comptabilité, etc.). Je ne pouvais pas croire à quel point les conseils que j'avais reçus de Legal Start étaient mauvais.

Thibaud was just great. I have no other word to describe him. Every time I asked him anything, he responsed in a matter of minutes. It was actually me who was slow on getting the documents and filling all the forms and I would like to thank him for all the patiente.

I'm really frustrated with LegalPlace.fr and have to share this. It's been three months, and there's still no progress. They don't update you at all, so you always have to message them to find out what's happening.

The way LegalPlace.fr communicates with the registries is a big problem. They keep sending our documents back and forth, but they get rejected because the issues aren't explained right (without us being involved at any point).

At this point, it feels incredibly unprofessional. I'd gladly change my review to 5 stars if things get better, but for now, it's a mess. Other recent reviews since 2024 seem to say the same. I'd recommend staying away from them for now. I'll update if anything changes.

// Update:
- Legalplace started informing us on a constant basis, that is positive - they are responding to feedback.
- The documents got denied one more time, so we have to wait again, that is negative.
- I will update this review again, when there is more progress.

// Update 2:
- After 3 months SAS finally got created
- They managed to misspell our names 3 more times
- We are French & German and they managed to create it without much work on our side, the only negative is the lack of communication before I wrote the review and that it took 3 months because they misspelled names, forgot something or didn't directly get things right because one partner was/is under 18 at the creation of the SAS.
- Positive: They can deal with the regulations for minors and for residents outside of France, even tho it took a long time.

Run as fast as you can in the other direction!

Horrible service, extremely slow and incomplete answers, nobody takes any responsibility for anything. The customer support is absolutely incompetent. No phone number to reach them, which should've been my first warning sign. The 1000s of positive reviews are likely fake.

I absolutely regret using the services of LegalPlace and hope to break free from them ASAP.

Don't register your company with them, you'll regret it!! And ESPECIALLY if you use them for their domiciliary services, for which they'll try to lock you in with a horrible contract that's NOT in your favor. They also try to pressure you into using their domiciliary services with claims that aren't true and make it seem like a fantastic deal, which it absolutely isn't.
