Absolute scam

Absolute scam, been paying these cowboys for rent insurance for years via my agent. The one time I need them I lodge my claim, very uninterested rep on the phone takes my call and says someone will get back to me, many unanswered emails and unanswered calls later (phone just rings out).

After a month of no reply I gave up and realised I'd been fleeced, has been four months since initial claim and still never heard from them they need shutting down. Don't touch them.

Scam company

Scam company. I have a landlord legal protection insurance, and Legalprotectiongroup instructed the lawyers they work with to come up with excuses for not providing legal support in the recovery of unpaid rent and damages caused by a squatting dishonest parasitic tenant. Shame on you fraudsters

Awful Service

We are a multi award winning estate agency and have been having countless problems with LPG. As other reviewers have stated, they try to use every excuse to get out of paying or delaying a valid claim

Aweful company - delay and deny valid claims

Aweful company. Took out rent guarantee protection underwritten by legalprotectiongroup for my property via Openrent. After initially accepting my claim in writing and proceeding with the eviction process they then subsequently questioned the validity of the references. The references were also provided by Openrent who state there should be no issues as LPG has signed up to their terms. Delays in response are long and you cant get hold of case workers. Avoid at all costs. The claim is still in process.

A disreputable company.

This is a disreputable company who sold me the insurance through Rightmove who should also be ashamed of themselves for recommending such a company. My estate agents handled my case meticulously but LPG rejected the £1,000 claim without giving a reason.

A company that does not care about its customers

For the last two years I have been dealing with this firm. I made a claim on my legal protection insurance policy. LPG do absolutely everything possible to dismiss the claim. They intially refused to accept the claim. Then LPG appointed the most negative solicitor in the history of law. Then when i found my own lawyer they delayed authorisation for specialists, and counsel. This almost resulted in me losing the case. However by enormous effort we won the case in court. Since then LPG have delayed making payment to my solictors (who in turn dont pay me). LPG deduct all my lawyers fees in dealing with them. However LPG never respond o my emails, or even to my solicitors emails. They are an appauling company and should be avoided at all costs
