I stumbled upon LegalVisions services model after struggling to get the turn around time I was after from a brick and mortar law firm. I spoke with a representative and as a start up, it meant the world that I had a point of contact who was genuinely curious and excited for my business. Over the last year I have been able to achieve so much more enabling me to get the business off the ground quicker than I could have imagined. Legal was no longer a financial and mental hurdle!!

I’ve received great help and rapid turn around times for trademark support to policies to SLA’s and corporate structuring services not to mention the ease of having someone ask the right questions and stay on top of changes in the legal world and tell me what needs to be looked at. The additional educational resources and webinars are super helpful too. Thanks for making my business a reality.

As an early stage startup, I've been working with LV for 3 weeks now on a range of matters, and am extremely impressed with the professionalism, turn-around speed, diligence, and friendly client manner of every single team member so far. The LV system itself is well integrated, intuitive and simple to use. To top this all off, the cost certainty each month is a game-changer. 100% would recommend!

Legal Vision's subscription model is really great for companies starting out. Not only does it deliver excellent value, but they also provide extensive advice on the legal ins and outs required for setup and growth.

Requested a quote on some legal work, they push for a meeting for 30 mins, last just under an hour, only to be quoted between £33K - £52K on 3 and 5 year retained work,

I engaged LegalVision for a Franchise Agreement review and was impressed with their approach, calibre of resources and the quality of the output. The engagement was process was easy, they quickly understood what I needed and assigned a review team extremely fast. The feedback was delivered both as a document, but more importantly a free flowing session where we covered the contentious, or risk points og the contract itself. Complete joke coming from a ‘legal firm’

We subscribed to Legal Vision over three years ago but haven't used the service since. Despite the lack of usage, they've consistently deducted monthly fees without any communication or attempts to improve our experience. Attempts to cancel online were unsuccessful, requiring multiple calls, yet promised callbacks for cancellation were unfulfilled after three attempts. Legal Vision have since been in touch and have said they will take on our feedback and improve the process for cancellation and/or add the ability to pause contracts so this may improve in the future.

Not GDPR compliant despite being "legal experts". Cold emailed me using details I never provided. No robust unsubscribe method.

Unacceptable for any business - perhaps even forgiveable.

But for a legal business? Shocking.

I have worked with Legal Vision for three seperate visas, where they have always been very respinsive to all my emails. Also, their knowledge in the visa space is impressive, answering all my questions, often very quickly. They come highly recommended!

The Legal Vision subscription service has added great value to our team. We have a range of legal needs given our product and industry, and Legal Vision has an array of different specialisations to cover this.

Their responses are quick and helpful, and liaising via their platform Prism makes it easy to book calls, share documents, and keep track of enquiries and conversations.

A special shout out in particular to Ruby, Louise, and Jess who are always a pleasure to deal with and always make time for me.

I was on a working holiday visa 417 and was then offered sponsorship from the company I worked for and put into contact with Kaku at legal vision through them in order to obtain my 482 visa to stay in Australia. He made the whole process really easy and is great at his job I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, thanks again Kaku, kind regards, Frank.

I Spoke with Frasier he was very helpfull and kept me well informed although I am a smaller company and the service was not for my company at this stage I can see this team do know there stuff and I would happily recommend to a friend thabk you for all the help
