Very helpful staff, somewhat rocky UI tech.
Both, Jasmine, and before her, David Benavides, were very helpful. They were also extremely patient, which we all observed to be as very important in dealing with the population you are dealing with (seniors, late-in-life people, etc.). They both answered my questions, and Jasmine walked me through the actual application. I will say that your user interface, the tech part, was not always smooth. It was easy to get lost in, and difficult to backtrack. I admittedly made a couple of errors while setting up my account, and then got blocked from proceeding. I then had a bit of a meltdown, and had to resume the next day. I also noticed our connection lagged at times, despite my having a 300 Mbps connection on my end. I am computer literate, somewhat, and have owned & used Apple computers since the mid-90's. Some people, especially ME, like things simple. We are not impressed by complexity. So, it's something to keep in mind, that the more user-friendly you can be, given your clientele, the better.
