I contacted Legal Zoom because I was having a major surgery and wanted things in order. Surgery went well so I decided to go through an attorney to get my affairs in order. Legal Zoom charged me $199 dollars a year after I had them do the orinal paperwork for me. I called to get a refund and they will not refund my money. They are a rip off company!

She also would check in every few minutes to confirm she was still in the chat but was waiting for word on her end.
