Lourd was wonderful. She was able to fix a mistake I made on my end of the situation. She was extremely kind and patient. She also would check in every few minutes to confirm she was still in the chat but was waiting for word on her end. Lisa Montoya is amazing and has assisted me at having my first PAYDEX score which is 80 and I’ve really just began and I’m on my way to tier 2 out of 4 so I know my score will only get better ! Also met a lady, whom I can't remember the name of back around 2002 who had an involvement in the company and she was so wonderful that we have used legal zoom to open up an LLC and two DBA's since 2016And we are now hiring them for other services.
