We always advise customers to contact us first if there is any issue with their order, as we’re committed to resolving concerns promptly.
We have been in business for over 30 years across multiple channels and specialize in selling authentic, brand-new footwear sourced directly from authorized suppliers and brands. We are resellers, not the manufacturer, but we ensure that all products undergo thorough quality checks before shipping.
After receiving this feedback, we contacted the customer, but they denied a return and informed us that the footwear had already been used. We offer a 30-day return policy for any unsatisfied customers, but unfortunately, this was not exercised in this case.
We strive to provide excellent service and encourage our customers to reach out to us first with any concerns before leaving feedback.
