We used this company when we moved from Paris to London. It started by last minute change of the collection date forcing us to change our tickets.
However, the catastrophe was on the other side. They committed to "(typical delivery time frame 1-4 days, sometimes up to 10 days)" when we paid, but we were waiting a whole months for our goods. We were camping 30 days in our empty house in London!! During this period, they have been just replying once per week finding an excuse why our goods didn't arrive that week.
After arrival, I registered a complain in their system as per their instruction, but no answer. I was told, higher managers will reply to me, but nothing happened after several months. Total disappointment !

Legend removals is an excellent moving company. My experience was without stress and very smooth from the beginning when I spoke with Sales Person Nelio Leca who gave me a quote after understanding my needs. The transport and finance teams were very responsive. The collection and delivery days were as asked and gave me a notice in advance for the exact time. The person collecting and delivering, Audrey, was very kind, professional and efficient. I definitely recommend legend removals and will use it again when needed. Thank you all.

Jean Fernand Castanon - we have requested for an additional information to be provided by yourself about your move ie invoice, quote ID, as we do not see the experience with our company under your name.
You have supplied us with an ID of the different client, the phone number is not being answered.
We do always request the documents for the customs process, we do not use the terminology that you have placed in your review - ‘use the right codes’ and ‘values’ to avoid customs checks. The customs officers are always checking the documentation provided by the clients and they are either granting the duty free import of the goods at the destination country or they request for the local taxes to be paid. The goods are being checked only if the inventory list contains an ambiguous information.
It feels that this negative review is left by the competitor who is losing the removal orders to us in the current climate.
We suggest to improve your sales processes rather than leaving the negative reviews to the competitors who are better than your company,

Legend Removals are Anything But Legendary
Legend Removals really touted for my business, which involved two moves from the home of my late parents to an address in the UK and addresses in France, with Whatsapp messages, phone calls etc over several weeks. Their prices seemed reasonable for the complications of the moves.
Jack was very helpful, and seemingly couldn’t do enough.
Then, once the money had been paid, it was suddenly not possible to pin anyone down about anything.
Discussions with other companies and the experiences of my siblings moving stuff out of The UK from the same home made it obvious that NOT knowing when movers are going to fetch your stuff until 48 hours beforehand is NOT the norm, any more than having no idea when the stuff will arrive at your home(s) abroad is standard practice.
It was extremely stressful trying to arrange to be present at the home in the UK, travelling from France, when we had no idea when the movers would arrive, and we had an end date when house clearers would be coming in and taking anything still remaining in the house. In the end Legend showed up late on a Sunday afternoon with the house clearers due the next morning.
The movers themselves were nice men, but not able to communicate well with us in English, so much sign language was needed, and indeed, though they were from different Eastern European countries, they seemed to be communicating in Russian which we could only hope meant they understood one another.
Equally, phone calls to the people in charge of organizing the pickup and move to France often went unanswered and even when we had answers they were mostly the stock phrases common to people who are not comfortable with communicating in English.
We were to be absent from France some 10 days after the date we first chose for the move, but thought the items would arrive in France in time. We informed Legend if this well in advance, to no avail.
The moves from the UK and to France took place at the last possible moment, and thus our son was left to deal with the movers… he speaks some Russian which helped as the moving men had little English or French.
I had paid for several large items to be dismantled in the UK, and reassembled in France. The movers in France packed their tool box at the back of the van out of reach, and were unable to complete the reassembly because they couldn’t reach the tools and/or had lost the necessary screws or bolts. We arrived back in France to find a fair amount of reassembly needing doing by us.
The mattresses that were moved were not given protective covers.
A vintage glass-fronted cabinet lost a whole glass pane and two shelves, probably between the home in the UK and the storage place where the items were held in the UK before the move to France, for neither the glass nor the shelves were in the van when it arrived in France. Nothing was said to my son who was there when the movers arrived, and despite my having insured the items to be moved, Legend have not replied to my queries about this item. This particular item traveled all the way from the USA 40 years ago without a scratch…. I would have so much mire respect for the company if they had admitted to the breakage and apologized.
The correct paperwork for customs when moving items abroad after inheriting them only got done because I took the trouble to find out what was needed, the initial list sent to me by Legend was completely wrong.
All in all this move was an extremely depressing experience which certainly didn’t help with the upset of dealing with the loss of my parents and the clearing and sale of their home. When we were searching for movers we had quite a few contact us. How I wish I had not chosen Legend Removals.

Terrible customer service and experience. Not only were my items delivered 3 weeks late when its a 3 day journey. Massive promises were made about speed until I started getting excuses about trucks breaking down. My items didn't even leave the country until 2 weeks after they picked them up.
Customer service Jay was terrible, ignored my emails and calls repeatedly when they knew exactly why I was calling as they had my number saved.
The only reason I had an accurate estimate was because I used air tags. Shocking service

I can only comment on the initial setup process with Legend Removals as I didn't end up using the company but my experience with their salesperson Jack was excellent all the time he was dealing with my enquiry. He was helpful and knowledgeable on the business and what I needed. He also matched a quote from another company for me and offered to throw in some additional space and packing services which I really appreciated.

Friendly helpful advice re removals to and from Europe.
I contacted Legend Removals for a européen move to UK. Jack got in touch and spent a great many hours helping me regarding size of load and estimates. He couldn't have been more helpful and patient with an anxious elderly person. I can't thank him enough, always contactable. Unfortunately the Office line is frequently not mannequin, so unless you have the personal number it is difficult to speak with anyone. Jack was available all hours and I feel the company should have someone answering the main phone.

Extremely Disappointing Service - Avoid at All Costs
Our moving experience with Legends Removals has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Our items were delayed by three weeks, causing significant inconvenience and financial strain on our family. We received no assistance or compensation during this time, forcing us to pay out of pocket for alternative accommodation, new clothes, and furniture while we waited without a firm delivery date.
This situation was especially stressful for our children. The delay coincided with the start of their first school term, adding immense emotional distress to an already challenging transition.
Additionally, when our items finally arrived, two of them were found completely dirty, indicating a lack of protection during transit.
The delivery was supposed to arrive 2 months ago, and we still have received no response from customer service regarding such a treatment. No one has replied to our emails, leaving us feeling deeply dissatisfied and unsupported.

I highly recommend Legand removals! We were using legend removals 6 years ago when we moved from denmark to the uk and looked for them again online to move now from uk to germany. Highly professional, very patience and i must add that they were as well the cheapest offer! Moved everything fast but not in a rush so the day was not stressful even with 3 kids in the house.

We contacted this company about moving boxes of our belongings to the south of France. The director called to discuss and sent us a detailed quote outlining the procedure including what we would need to provide for customs clearance. Twice we wrote emails with questions and immediately received clear replies. The price was very competitive. In the end we have decided to do the move ourselves as we only have a small load (2m3) and can go on the exact date we wish, which obviously is not possible when you only have a part-load.

AVOID - awful
Where shall I start... the entire process was a disaster.
Documents team slow and incapable of help. Have been asked multiple times if a document was needed and they only managed to answer with no alternative solution on the day of the move.
Movers came at 7PM to empty the apartment (expected timeline 2PM-6PM). As it was that late I did 70% of the boxing myself. Have asked for refund but no answer. Have photo proof of the boxing being done by me.
The boxes should get to final destination in 10BD but I was told by the advisor that it would take them circa 3BD. I am now in the new city without none of my possessions and with no idea on when my stuff will be delivered. Note that I am paying for hotel nights myself.
