Poor customer service/ No contact number
I ordered a space sapphire leggings but I was sent a space pink instead. I emailed them about the mistake and a certain Chris emailed me back assuring me that I can keep the space pink leggings and they will send the correct item. It is almost 2 weeks past now and they haven't sent my correct order. They were ignoring my emails and message on Facebook. Poor customer service of what could have been a good product.
PS(8/12/20):They replied below that I’ll contact them to give the order reference number which I did, but more than a week had passed and I never receive a replacement or refund as promised nor a reply 😏😡

Sent back an item for exchange on 24/10/20. Tracked it and it arrived back with them on 28/10/20.
Seen or heard nothing from them even though I have now emailed and messaged 3 times.
No phone number available to contact them on either.

Great leggings for us tall women
I'm always cautions when ordering from a website for the first time, so placed an order for one item to test it out, my order was received today within five days of placing my order. The leggings are great quality & the size medium fit me perfectly, I am 5'8 size 12 and they fit from my high waist to right down below my ankle, and they do not ride up on the ankle or fall down around the waist. Since my first order went through so smoothly I will be purchasing more items.

I've just looked up your order placed October 29. I can see that we dispatched your order on the same day, but looking further at the Royal Mail tracking there has been a delay in processing your parcel through their delivery network.
Looking at the Royal Mail tracking now the latest status is "We have your item at Leeds MC and it's on its way. We expect to deliver it on 05/11/2020 between 6:38am - 10:38am ".
This would indicate that the parcel should be with you tomorrow.
My apologies again that you've had to wait so long for your order to arrive.

Baggy round the ankle area
Fast delivery, the leggings are ok, slightly baggy around the ankle and the fabric does stretch and the pattern goes white.
The price is good but quality could be better, I guess you get what you pay for.
