I'm using LOV quite a while ago now, probably about 3 years ago now, I used many different vape shops before I found LOV and confidently can say they are the best. Anytime I'm stuck with something I just reach out to them, this time I asked them to recommend tanks and juices to fit my preferences as I do vape a lot and often the otherwise amazing coils get burnt out in about a day, they have given multiple options to choose from, sub ohm tanks and RDAs too, I went for an Asgard V2, which is exactly what I just needed!
They are always helpful to find a juice or anything I need.
Their juices comes with nicshots too, and they unbeatable on prices, I mean their prices is very considerably lower than any other store's!
Oh and sometimes they just pop an extra juice or something in the parcel to try out, that's something what other companies wouldn't ever do.
Also it's not a massive thing, but I noted that a few times on the paper summary they send with the parcel, they write a simple 'thank you!' with a pen, it's might sounds silly, but for me it shows I'm purchasing from real people who care for their customers.
Overall, they are just the best in everything!
I'm sure I will carry on being their customer and definitely use LOV rather than any other store.

Not sure what they’ve sold us but it isn’t riot box salts. Disgusting. I bought ten of these and they all taste awful. They are all I vape and I’m not sure what this company has sent us. Will never use them again.

This was my first experience off LOV and I must say they have been brilliant I had a technical fault with my purchase contacted CS within a week it was sorted they we’re helpful with good information and fast responses. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great service. Every time. Felt like I needed to write a review this time as Royal Mail delivered my vape juice in a poor condition. I think the delivery driver got it out his van and did a wheel spin on it. I got in touch with legion of Vapers who have firstly, replaced the whole lot on next day delivery, but also took on the task of claiming back for the damage/loss. Communication is faultless and timely. Products are also great, never had a problem.

Fast delivery and great customer service. I had an issue with faulty hardware, not the fault of LOVs. This was very quickly and professionally rectified and a replacement received in a couple of days. 5 stars from me!

I purchased the San aio dna 80c kit in raw aliminium nice lookin aio comfortable in the hand, looks good and the shift tank is a really good vape using the. 15 vaperz cloud stock coils, overall I am enjoying the dna 80c it's a game changer, filled with Digbys custard at 3mg,also next day delivery and a good price for the kit. I ordered first time here and 2 elux vapes arrived one tasted like battery and other one was leaking blistering paint off the vape! send pictures straight away as received & keep getting a automated replied and asking for one picture which I send then said don’t send that send pictures of the boxes for serial numbers so I did that, then said no they want vape pictures! Which I already did at start? Dragging it on! DO NOT ORDER from here! With the boxes and vape I suspect it’s fake products!

Absolutely love LoV for the personalised service - The ability to add notes to orders stating what I really want, which is always 'no menthol, please'.

And they write a thank-you note on the packing list and sometimes drop in extra goodies as another thank-you. That authenticity puts a smile on my face knowing I'm supporting a small business that shows they appreciate their customers. That's the touches that are lacking with bigger chains and brands.

I've ordered a mystery hardware box, batteries, nic shots, and LoV mystery boxes of e-liquids. All have been great quality and the liquids have never lacked taste.

The last time I forgot to add a note to the order, I messaged support using the contact form on the site referencing the order number and I got an acknowledgement the following morning and the juices the next day.

In my experiences with LoV, I've had fast service, great value, excellent customer service (including fast response time), and great quality on the hardware and the juices.

Never change LoV.

Bought 4 bottles of e-liquid. Bottles don't have a batch number and expiry date on them. There are marks of the black ink so this was wiped off. Why would a company spend the time to wipe off the best before date if the juice is in date? Safe to say I won't be using them again as they're well dodgy.

As a response to seller reply : I did contact you, but you clearly care more about the reviews than you do about actually responding to your customers. There's photos and everything attached in the email so cut the attitude. Your response itself shows how bad your customer service is, putting the blame on customer as opposed to apologising about sending stuff that does not meet legal requirements.

Well, let's touch on few points:
1. My review history it's not your problem and it's absolutely nothing to do with Legion of Vapers or this order.
2. First thing I done once I received my order was to go on your website and find a phone number to give you a call but shock, there's no phone number, you only operate by emails that you clearly can't manage. Email was sent, if you haven't received that's a you problem. There's no address, phone number etc on your website, tell me that's not a sign of a dodgy business. Tell A. K. to sort this one out .
3. Look at your other reviews complaining about not getting responses from you, just cut down that communication time by leaving a truthful, fair, review.
4. Since you can't find my email, I've sent you another one.
5. Keep your £45 and put it towards a live chat, email form or maybe paying your bill for the mailbox so you actually get customers concerns delivered and looked into. If you're bothered about it at all.
6. As your attitude stinks, I'll take 30 mins of my time and report this to trading standards so people don't vape your dodgy juices ;)
