Ok I brought an asgard xl tank from this company and it seemed stuck at a post office hub somewhere and wasn't moving at all. Got in touch with them after a week of still no tank so was a bit disappointed as not received it. But what a fantastic company lov are amit the owner decided to send another one out at his cost with no trouble at all and I got it the next day along with the lost tank what I did return back to them. I cannot give enough stars for there great service and customer satisfaction. Will be buying all my vape stuff from then from now on thank you

I purchased a mod and atomiser from legion of vapers but unfortunately the mod was faulty (not their fault), when I reached out about the issue I was expecting some resistance as it's very easy to dismiss problems like these as user error, this was not the case. These guys should have their logo on the front of the customer service guide book. Straight to the point asking for information to confirm the problem and as soon as all avenues where covered and it was clear it was not a user error, they immediately shipped me a replacement. I've never had such a pain free resolution to a problem and I can't thank the guys/girls over there enough!

I've used LOV since around 2018. Rarely had an issue and any issues have usually been the fault of whatever delivery service I've used.
The customer service team at LOV always go above and beyond to fix any situation that I've had.
They see a loyal customer and treat them as such.
Prices are always very good, they have a pretty varied selection but it's the customer service and sense of community they provide that always impresses me.

Been using LOV for nearly a year now and I've always been really pleased with their service and speed of delivery. You can tell the site is curated by somebody that's into vaping, they have a great selection of products and recommend their own choices if you're a little lost with the myriad of choice available in the vaping market. I won't go anywhere else now! Fantastic company. The only minor, and I mean very minor issue is perhaps the stock levels on some stuff, but it's to be expected with how much product they stock. Never had a problem with ordering over the last 5/6 months however my most recent purchase the incorrect vape heads were sent. I sent an email to the company a week ago and didn't even get an acknowledgement let alone a response or a solution. Have now started using a different company due to not getting a response.

I originally ordered a vape mod from them as they were the only vape store that had the mod and colour I wanted. The price was cheaper than anywhere else too. Since then I have made several orders with them. I must say I’m very impressed with their service. Regular emails to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

Brilliant vape store! Their customer service is first class. I did have a little mix up with my order but they sorted it all out within 24hrs and 1 day later i got my order. I've ordered from many online vape stores in the past but none have come close to how good legion of vapors are. The delivery was lightening fast, contacting them, then getting a reply was lightening fast and returns/redelivery was lightening fast too! I highly recommend this company and i will be recommending them to all my vaper peeps!

Great company, really good prices, and they always seem to have the latest vapes quicker than other stores. Good delivery times and a lot of payment options which is really appreciated!

Only improvements:
- Loyalty scheme for repeat customers - NOT ENOUGH COMPANIES DO THIS?!
- A contact number. Sometimes I order from other sites with numbers as I can make certain requests or ask questions without the email waiting times.

Top tier company! Took a lot to take me away from my last shop!

Seen a few bad return reviews that confuse me. I received a vape that rattled (manufacturer issue), they offered a replacement as soon I sent them a recording. Even though the box was opened and damaged etc they were still happy to replace. Ended up keeping it in the end but can’t fault the service. It’s very standard to show evidence - and have the box QR code as they sent it back to the manufacturer. Not sure why the other reviews are so harsh given market standards.
