I love Le Gramme. I have been acquiring pieces in many ways over the years. My favorite is to go to the shop when I’m in Paris and try Everything! They do a personal consult and fit me for each style. Then over time I purchase online. Very nice online experience, as well: easy, free shipping, no added taxes. Website describes and show how the pieces wear very well.
I wear them in stacks, individually, and with other bracelets. Stacks are great, but honestly they do best alone. Very classy and unique enough to draw attention. I am a professor and students will ask all the time as well as friends and business colleagues.
Always get compliments and they subtly completely my look.
Just bought a couple of fabric cord bracelets for summer. First time for these, but already love them.

I ordered a bracelet and it took ages to arrive and after the birthday that it was a gift for. Instead of paying customs on it I instructed it to be returned to sender. It has arrived back with Le gramme and I have emailed to say I will pay the processing fee and asked for a refund on the bracelet minus the processing fee, and they simply haven’t replied. I have emailed their support 4 times now and no response. Basically they have stolen £220 off me…
UPDATE: Le Gramme appear to have returned this back to DHL in the UK - after my repeated emails that I would like to be refunded and they could deduct processing costs. They still haven’t returned my emails or notified me of what they were doing. Now I have DHL on the phone confused about a package they have for me that’s addressed directly to them. The worst customer service I have experienced from a company. This is actually my second purchase from Le gramme but the first was from Selfridges so haven’t dealt with them directly - I certainly won’t be purchasing their products again. I guess they must think they’re pretty amazing to not have to care about repeat custom.

Ordered a really nice ring. The wrong one came but I decided to keep it as I couldn't be fussed sending back from UK to Paris. Now I have an invoice from FedEx for delivery, even though delivery is apparently "free". The support service was very quick to point to the fine print hidden somewhere in the website which tells you this.
Other buyers beware of buying from abroad!

I ordered a bracelet on 09/20/23, it was delivered to me fairly quickly however i returned it as the size didn't match. The return was received by le gramme on 10/03/23 (which was confirmed by email). I am still waiting on my refund as they claim they have issues with the refund system.
There hasn't been an update whatsoever or a date set, this is VERY SKETCHY!
I would not recommend buying from them
Oh and if the customer service wants to reply to this and claim it isn't true, my order number is 17908

Hello it's been almost 2 months since I returned the product. I received nothing but irresponsibility from your company. Customer support is never available for a call. I am super disappointed. Are you still having problems with the payments? Really? 2 months you cannot solve the problem? I don't believe you honestly.

Worst customer care, return policy and convenience with this company.
I make a huge mistake that I ordered anything from this company.
My order was around 300 and on end I will pay 500 and that’s only because I want just size bigger, nothing else

Worst Brand for bracelet! the quality is not worth it ! i bought le gramme 7g brushed cable on 29/1/23 for my husband.
Today 31/3/23 the bracelet is covered with dark spots and the color is turning black as if its fading

I first saw the 11 g pyramid guilloché polished sterling silver ring at Selfridges in London and immediately fell in love with it! Unfortunately my sizes 61 and 64 were not available neither at Selfridges nor at any of websites, i.e. the official le gramme, ssense or farfetch. Luckily I was notified by le gramme that it became available at 61 and placed the order straight away. I just received it today and I am blown away by how stunning it is! I’m in love 🥰
Although it took a couple of days and WhatsApp communications with legramme regarding item despatch (there was a slight delay in despatch due to big backlog of orders) they were always very responsive and once the parcel was handed to FedEx, it arrived to me in London the following day!

All I can say is just amazing. I have ordered a bracelet for my friend, and this gift to him is really something special for me.
I had huge problems with payment from my side, since I have Slovenian bank account and cards… and le gramme’s customer support was just AMAZING!
Melissa and Mathilde were responding in minutes, offered me plenty of resolutions, the response was always quick and really very kind!
I also asked for a fast delivery, even though they have the right to ship it in 15 days, they managed to do it as soon as possible and in few days.
All I can say is just: le gramme with customer support like this is going to reach new highs, and they deserve it.
Wonderful experience and 100% ordering from them in near future in sign of support!
