I ordered trainers from Leicestergrails using their free next-day delivery code, and everything went smoothly. The updates were consistent, I could track the package easily, and the shoes arrived in excellent condition the next day. Although prices are higher than original drops, they’re cheaper than other resellers. Great quality, will buy again!

I have just received a Debt Recovery Letter from AJJB Law asking me for £720 that I owe to Leicestergrails. I’ve never used this merchant, I haven’t even heard of them. I’ll not be paying. Anyone else get a letter like this??

I was really happy with the first bought from them shoes and I decided to buy from them again. That was not a good idea. I paid the money, still waiting for delivery - almost one month when it should be 1-4 days, no contact, they are unprofessional, just avoid.
Will not recommend it.

Paid standard shipping for my shoes and they came NEXT DAY. I’m incredibly pleased with the service. The box was in great condition no markings and the paper was very good quality no scuffs at all on my shoes. The shoes I bought were the Jordan retro 4 red thunder.

Purchased a pair of £328 Jordan 4s Oreo for my daughters 13th birthday, not only did i recieve 2 completly different sized shoes, they are also a fake pair!!!!
After months of trying arrange to send them back and get a full refund, will no success i have had to let my daughter down!!!!

I purchased trainers for my daughter (£160) as a Christmas gift and after a long wait they finally arrived; not well packaged! They were too small so we returned requesting a full refund- the package was returned Royal Mail signed for and delivered on 13th January 2022, no refund processed and no communication after multiple attempts through social media, WhatsApp and email! They have now blocked me from their social media platforms. Not to be trusted and a complete fraudulent business model!

I never write review but feel people need to be aware of how awful this company are. I ordered a pair of trainers for £250 as a gift. When the trainers finally arrived (arrived 3 weeks late and trying to get in touch with them for delivery updates during this period was an absolute nightmare) they didn’t fit my partner so we arranged a return. The trainers were sent back as advised however 3 weeks on we have received no refund. All messages are being ignored and we have now been blocked on social media accounts. DO NOT USE

I have waited and waited for a order that has now been delivered but the purchase I made of £337 is disgusting the trainers are in a state. Box has been damaged there creased up and have fabric missing near the lace and has been covered with the laces thinking it wouldn’t be spotted!

I don't ordinarily leave reviews, but this is the worst website/ company I've ever dealt with so hopefully this saves someone the headache of dealing with them.

I made an order, and after getting the automatic email order confirmation I never received any further updates from them. I called, emailed, and sent messages on whatsapp and instagram to them and not a single response.

If you're about to make an order with this company I'd suggest contacting them yourself before you make any order so you know how bad their zero response/ customer service is. My advice is to 100% avoid this company to save your time and money.

Fortunately I paid via credit card so I got a refund through Section 75 credit card protection in case any one else needs to read this.

I am so happy with the service offered by Leicester Grails. I ordered myself some Jordan 4 Retro Oreos for Xmas and I got my friend some Nike dunks too. I literally ordered on the 23rd and were with me by the 24th. Their super fast delivery saved my Xmas presents honestly. Quality and authenticity are also guaranteed. Thank you!!!

I purchased an essentials hoodie 12th Dec and like everyone, paid with 2-5 day delivery but I have heard nothing despite numerous emails, messages and watsap messages. Really not good and with this being a Christmas present, really concerned that I will not receive on time or even at all. Customers should not be treated this way, even a quick, short response to advise what is going on would help even if there is a delay is better than being totally ignored.

I ordered Air jordan 1s for my son on 11th December and paid for 2-5 days delivery. Its showing that they have not even been shipped yet and there is no tracking information. I have also emailed and messaged through WhatsApp and had no response.

Don’t order from this company, I ordered shoes over 5 days ago, I’ve messaged them many times and no responses. Save your money!

This is a terrible company to deal with. We ordered some Jordans over 10 days ago and have received no order number or confirmation but they have taken the payment. We haven’t received the trainers yet either. I have been messaging them and the response is terrible I haven’t had a reply to my last 2 messages. I have also noticed this is a recurring theme on the reviews here but they seem unwilling to change that. Think twice before you purchase from them as the customer service is shocking.

Order trainers 2 weeks ago have had no response and tried to contact via DM, whats app etc. This is main present for my son for Xmas.
Update, after several messages the trainers have arrived as promised. I think the company was overwhelmed with blackfriday orders. The company is legitimate but expect a delay.
