Leicester Movers and Storers (LMS) Reviews 

We recently moved house from Nottingham to Melton Mowbray and were really pleased with the service provided by LMS. On the day of the move the team of four guys worked tirelessly to ensure the process ran smoothly. They were patient and polite at all times and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Their hard work and focus on getting the task completed took the pressure off us and we were grateful for their guidance and advice. I would highly recommend LMS.

A long move so most stuff packed the day before and just a few odds and ends on the actual moving day.
Got to the destination and moved all the stuff into the house and used the labels on the boxes to get all but 1 box into the right room first time.
A cheery crew who took great care both loading and uploading. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lee, Scott and and the rest of the team worked tirelessly from 10.00am until 4.00pm. They were both friendly and efficient in moving us a short distance from Rothley to Rotherby. This is the second time I have used Lee and the team and I would definitely recommend their services.

Lee and his team moved my parents from Thorpe Langton, Leicestershire to North Somerset, all in one day.

They were friendly, helpful and just got on with the job. They helped us at very late notice and we manage to beat the Stamp Duty deadline as a result. Highly recommended!

We used Leicester Movers & Storers for quite a big move from Leicestershire to Nottinghamshire. The team arrived on time, were friendly and polite, and emptied our house, outbuildings and garden quickly and efficiently. Everything was handled with care. There was then a long wait for completion, and the team were patient even though we ended up completing very late in the day. They then very quickly emptied the two lorries despite difficult access on a dead end lane, putting everything in the correct place in our new home. Now everything is unpacked we have found that not a single thing was broken or damaged, despite my dodgy packing skills! We honestly can't recommend this company enough - the service was superb from start to finish and they were all really lovely guys. 11 out of 10!

At only a week's notice, LMS were able to book us in. And when the date changed and was pushed back a week, they were able to accommodate us again (they even offered a full refund if they had been unable to do so)
It was easy to get in touch with Lee and responses were quick and professional.
On the day of the move, the team turned up on time and had emptied my whole house in a couple of hours! Things didn't go to plan with the completion and they had a 5 hour wait (on a hot day) at the new property while I tried to get the problems sorted out and get hold of the keys.
When it came to unloading the vans, again, it was done quickly and with good humour. It had been a really long day for everybody but I never heard a single complaint from anyone in the team - they work so well together and keep each other motivated which, in turn, made the whole experience much easier for me.
In all, they spent over 9 hours on this job, which included moving a very heavy upright piano.
I'm very glad I found LMS and would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting a relaxed but professional service from a happy, hard-working team.

I was struggling to find a removal firm at extremely short notice. Another firm asked me if i had considered Leicester Movers and Storers (LMS). I had never heard of them. I call Lee Robinson and although he, like everyone else couldn't make three dates given, he could do the next day which was in the same week. They crew turned up and I was amazed how quickly they emptied the house. We had to leave them to it when we got to the new house and they did an incredible job. Everything in the right place (we labelled everything and anything without a label went in the garage) and absolutely no damage. Would I use them again? Yes.

What I wanted from house move. 1 guidance on what I need to do before the move 2. Punctual 3. No moaning or sharp inhales of breadth 4. Care of my possessions 3. Getting everything done on time. LMS did all of the above and when faced with a couple of challenges on the day simply got on with it. Stress free so well done and thanks

Excellent service from first contact through to pick up and delivery. I had a quick response to my initial inquiry and prompt confirmation of the booking. On the moving day Lee and his team were quick and efficient but careful.
We were very pleased with their handling of our items on collection, and with the efficiency and speed of their unloading at the destination
