Exceptionally good service
A really friendly, professional and individual service. Being a family run business makes a big difference - made me realise that the last place I had been going to was a bit of a "sausage factory" where every time I called or visited I met with a different person.

you pay for quality, your health is worth the money.
I decided to pay a little extra due to Specsavers messing up my prescription. I went to specsavers a month before, got my new glasses and suffered severe headaches/migraines, plus being signed off work!
Due to this I decided to get my eyes tested again, as my mother was suffering with glaucoma for years, which Specsavers didn’t pick up on! Now.. she’s paying for their mistake.
I booked in with Leighton in Camberley ( yes, it was pricey but it was worth it) due to being signed off work, in constant pain everyday with headaches, after getting scans and eye tests at Leighton, ordered my new glasses with Leigh tons and since then my headaches have gone completely!
Honestly, money and health, health is always the one to pay for! They are expensive because they care for every client.
You pay for quality.
I can’t thank you enough, staff was professional, caring and actually listened to me!

Incredible service
At 56 years old, I've experienced plenty of good and bad customer service. The team at Leightons in Camberley are in my top 3 of all time. Amazing people who really listen to individual circumstances and really care to ensure the best outcome is achieved. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent Service
I was completely satisfied with the service I received at Leightons in Camberley. I bought varifocal glasses and initially had some problems with the fitting. This was quickly and efficiently rectified. I am very grateful for the help I was given.

Excellent service from the optician in the camberley branch - but I can’t give it five stars due to the rude ‘salesman’ trying to upsell after receiving the results.
I appreciate companies wanting to do this, but rudeness and pushiness really shouldn’t be a factor in these attempts.
