I had appointment for eye test which went very well, I did need new prescription so discussed requirements with staff, arranged for new lenses into existing frame, so had call when they had arrived left my frame with them to get new ones fitted, with new prescription did feel a little strange for couple of days

Very friendly and efficient service. The optician spent loads of time with me doing a thorough examination and explaining everything very clearly. The receptionist and person who tightened my glasses so they stayed in the right place were both excellent too. Thanks

Excellent service
Excellent service, despite being in a lockdown. I bought my new glasses with confidence and am very pleased with them. Good advice on a new brand of varifocal lense for me. I joined their ‘club’ programme for the coming year.
