Emmelle snapdragon 16” girls’ bike
Ordered the Emmelle snapdragon 16” girls bike for my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately the bike arrived in very poor condition with multiple scratches, a dent and a tear in the seat cover. I’ve contacted the service team by email but despite the automated response saying they aim to respond in 1 working day, and in a maximum of 2 working days, I’ve still had no response 3 days later. I will not be buying from here again.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking!
We purchased a new awning last month that turned out to be faulty. After contacting them they said they would get in touch with the manufacturer and get back to me. They fobbed me off with this excuse several times and now they are showing permanently closed on Google and their phones won't allow you to speak to anyone.
Their website appears to still be running, so be warned! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHARKS!! I have now passed this onto trading standards who are dealing with it. Absolute rob dogs, stay well clear!! Be interesting to see if I get a response, I doubt it!

Sent wrong bike and still waiting on refund!
Really poor and wouldn't recommend at all, ordered a bike for my daughters birthday, they sent the wrong one! then sent another which arrived 3 days later then expected. In the meantime they still haven't refunded money for the first bike and now they are not answering their phones and website says permanently closed!! they owe me nearly £200 and awful service and poor company and now seeking legal advice.

Bike arrived with no basket and back wheel spokes all loose. Despite endless chasing emails over a two month period, still no solution. They even lied to me that replacement wheel had been sent. Atrocious service

Purchased a bike from leisure outlet…
Purchased a bike from leisure outlet for my 7 year old daughter. There was a very minor problem with one of the tyres which they were unable to resolve after 4 weeks of back and forth. I was given information that was later proven to be untrue. Having had a thoroughly disappointing experience, I am now waiting for a refund that hasn't come and I have had no response and phone lines are permanently closed. Unsure if I'll ever get my money back.
