I ordered some walking boots 10 days ago. I recieved a confirmation email with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days with a PDF copy of the order. The money was taken from my account.

I have not received my order. The order does not exist in the orders section of the account page on their website. I raised a support request and received an automated reply that they will be in touch. they have not been in touch.

Emails to their sales address go unanswered and their phone line goes straight to a recorded message saying they are closed even during normal business hours.

I repeat, they have taken my money, but not supplied anything to me. BEWARE!!!

My order was delivered promptly so that's the one star. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable so I returned it by Royal Mail (signed for). Since then I have tried to contact them about my refund by phone with no success. The office seems to closed all the time and Live Chat is unavailable. Is this company still in business I wonder.

Only give1 star as you cannot give zero, Leisure Outlet happily took my money for an awning with a 3 to 5 day delivery after 7 days I checked the account to find the product had gone out of stock. Nothing from Leisure Outlet informing me of this, all phone lines not working and email to sales is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM, spend your money with other companies who you can speak with and not rely on an online experience only.

Very good product and excellent fit, will save me a lot of work.

Ordered an awning through PayPal credit, supposed to be delivered 3-5 working days, so far 8 days nothing.
I have heard nothing and the phone just states offices now closed opening hours 9-5 it just repeats this anytime I ring.
Email useless as no reply and they tell you not to send repeat emails as they answer on first come first answered basis, or should I say not answered!
Totally unprofessional.

I would certainly never deal with this company again, as my partner and I ordered a tent which arrived incomplete. Now they don't respond to emails and their phone line is quite comical, it states it's open 9-5 then it goes to answerphone and says the offices are now closed when you ring during their business hours! We will be taking further action to receive a refund as they clearly don't care about customer service.

I ordered a headtorch, the item was never delivered. I tried to contact them for either an update or a refund but the phone lines and online chat are permanently closed. I have emailed but no response as of yet.

I'm now £80 down and have nothing to show for it I think I've been scammed

I bought a Spinera SUP 12' from Leisure Outlet for £350 (after a lot of research to find the best SUP for the price, double wall, etc, etc). SUP arrived, used it twice, then things starting falling apart, edges and seams coming loose and wrinkles around the edges. Reported the issue to Leisure outlet on the 7th September 2023. Loads of emails up and down sending pics etc. I get a tube of pool glue in the mail to carry out the repairs, what a joke. Back to Leisure outlet, again mails up and down; have now followed up twice with no response from Leisure outlet!
I would not recommend to anyone to purchase a SPINERA SUP as the quality is not up to standard and beware of the warranty as leisure world keep saying they have the right to repair - this SUP will require extensive repairs, but I did not buy a refurbished/repaired SUP, I bought a new one - I just want my money back and be done with this lot!
Update 1 November 2023 on the website it says Leisure outlet is permanently closed!

I ordered a bike for my son’s birthday, this was faulty and had an issue with the pedals. I called The customer service was great the arranged for the bike to be collected and a brand new one to be delivered. This was a week ago now and they have taken the faulty one away and I am still waiting for a new bike!
I called again Thursday to confirm, where I was told this would be arranged for dispatch Friday. Nothing has arrived and no emails!
I have called the last few days and the voicemail says office is closed so now I am very worried as my son still doesnt have his birthday present and we’re down £185!

Not sure what is going on - I can't get through on the telephone, nobody answering emails and recorded message says the offices are now closed. I have a faulty Sunncamp awning that needs to be collected and replaced but I can't get to speak to anyone. Not great!!

I ordered an item in error but I was unable to cancel it because the telephone number you must use to obtain a returns number had been switched off. This was on a Friday, a working day. The item then arrived on Sunday and since that date I have been unable to contact Leisure Outlet via telephone or email to organise a return. The line is either closed or you are placed on an eternal waiting queue. My emails are ignored.
This appears from other reviewers to be a recurring problem which Leisure Outlet must resolve if they wish to have more loyalty from their customers, perhaps by hiring someone to actually answer the phone!
I notice several glowing reviews around the date when I was unable to make contact, which suggests not all four and five star reviews are real. Buyer beware!

Ordered a Thule G2 side awning, ex-display, and rang to confirm all the relevant fixings were with it. arrived without the fixings, and then i realised it wasn't a Thule g2 side awning, and was some other make, so i was mis sold an item advertised as something is want not. i have e mailed and phoned several times and cant get any response to return this and get a full refund. not happy intent to contact trading standards as i have a picture of the awning they were selling which is not what i received

I ordered two collars which unfortunately were too big for both dogs - beautiful quality.
There was a free return postage label and the returns were processed very quickly with a refund and new collars dispatched

Ordered a trailer cover on the 29th Sept and it still hasn't arrived, on the website it shows as completed but no tracking information. The phonelines are permanently closed, the live chat doesn't work and no reply from the email address.
