Brilliant Customer Service
After shopping around and finding Leisure Outlet offering the best price for the desired bike we placed an order, that same day I found the bike £10 cheaper, I filled in the price match form which was approved! Delivery was quick with brilliant updates along the way. On unpacking the bike we found a few defects which we reported straight away and a warranty claim was raised, emails went back and forth for 2 weeks to arrange collection of the bike so I decided to call Leisure Outlet instead. I spoke to Millie who took over the claim and literally raised a returns number and collection of the bike within 20 mins of the call, she really knew what she was doing. Thank you! The bike was collected on Monday and we received the replacement on Saturday which has no issues at all!

I bought some walking poles, arrived promptly and well packaged, unfortunately the grip was too small for my hands. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me details of how to return the item. I was offered a credit note but asked for a refund. This the company did without any question. I will deal with them again. The gentleman I dealt with on the phone could not have been more helpful.
