Great company to deal with. Bike shipped on time, well packaged and at a great price. Sam extremely helpful over the telephone conversations that took place.

Have bought two cube action team now from Sam, excellent service bikes delivered immaculately. Genuine guys nice to deal with and always happy to help.

Amazing service from start to finish, found a great deal for my bike, and genuinely five hundred pounds cheaper. Had a couple of questions and the team are so experienced in all aspects I needed help in. Was a small scratch on the handle bar post and they sent out a replacement part DPD the next day. Above and beyond a great experience and will buy my wife’s bike from here without hesitation.

Bike didn't quite make next day due to an issue at DPD I rang them and they said it was because the package contained laser's! Rang the shop and they chased it and the bike arrived next day, not the shops fault as it left them on time. My guess is it was a bank holiday and DPD had issues. (obviously it didn't come with any laser guns)
Bike arrived so well packed it would of survived being thrown out of a 2nd floor window.
I did notice a small mark in the paint clearly a manufacture defect.
Spoke to the shop and they spoke to manufacturer who offered a small refund and the shop topped this up by 3x which I thought was very fair indeed.
Very happy with the Leisure wheels and all the staff I spoke to.

Bought at Haibike Hardnine 6 E-MTB in Jan 22 from Dan and Sam and after a few weeks noticed I couldn't get the battery removed the lock was jammed. The guys without hesitation provided correct tool and replacement lock and said if I couldn't sort they would have DPD collect the bike back to depot. 1st class customer service and the replacement lock I managed to fit worked perfectly. Highly recommend these guys for all your cycling needs, Brilliant all round

Sam and Dan are superb. Bought a Cube electric bike 2 years ago and they have supported ever since. Bike came in the post, within 48 hours of ordering with just the bar and a wheel to assemble. No issues whatsoever, even after needing a frame warranty repair, involving the frame going back to Germany. Great service and really fast response times. would buy from here again.

Leisurewheels were the only provider during this current climate that had the bike I wanted in stock in my size.

Ordering using my Cycle2Work benefit was painless and quick. Got the bike through the post in great condition and working order. Had one issue with the rear wheel, But great aftermarket support from Sam and the team via email and the phone quickly saw that resolved with my local Bike Mechanic.

I would definitely order again via them again and will be looking for some accessories to kit my new bike out soon.

I went into LeisureWheels not really knowing what I was looking for, but Peter quickly assessed my needs and suggested a relevant bike. I walked out less than 15 minutes after entering having ordered something that fitted the brief. I was then able to pick up the built bike days after, Now, having ridden the bike and tested it out on some tough terrain, I am very happy that I visited!

Excellent service. No problems contacting via phone. Ordered a Cube Ebike for delivery which was shipped promptly and 2/3 months into ownership no issues.

I would not recommend Leisurewheels. My experience with Leisurewheels was the worst I have had with any purchase. Leisurewheels do not want to know if you have any problems with your bike. If you are thinking of buying from Leisurewheels I would advise you to read the many one star reviews that they receive here nad elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM LEISUREWHEEELS!

Excellent service 5* - Dan notified me of item (Cube Reaction Hybrid 500 eBike for my wife) returning to stock, and organised speedy shipment to NI. Bike is fantastic, really pleased with service, cant recommend highly enough for customer service. Well done to Dan and his team.

Placed an order for a bike for my partner Sunday morning and received it lunch time Tuesday! Speedy delivery, great pricing and the bike was packaged really well. Assembly was really easy and one super happy girlfriend! Highly recommend Leisure Wheels!!

I purchased a bike in December, it was a great price, I have had a few issues with it, all manufacturers issues not the shops fault, they have always done their best to help and resolve the issues, despite the current problems with part availability.
I would definitely buy from them again

Ordered a new bike on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Heard many reports of damaged bikes being delivered and was really happy with the packaging by leisure wheels. Solid box and bubble wrap and enough of the bike built and extras fitted to make it really easy to assemble. Great experience thankyou.

Ordered a bike from the website on a Monday and it was delivered on the Tuesday as promised. Excellent service.
I had a few issues with the bike (manufacturer related) but the way that Sam and Dan dealt with the issue was spot on. Their professionalism and speedy replies was a major relief when dealing with someone hundreds of miles away, especially when you’ve spent thousands of pounds.
Highly recommended these guys.

I bought my Haibike Xduro Allmn 3.0 2020 from them in September 2020, I've had a new motor which was tied up through my local Haibike dealer under Bosch warranty and Leisure wheels paid the labour etc, the father and son Dan n Sam I've found to be absolutely sound, helpful, responsive and straight talking, I fully recommend people use these guys to purchase their bikes, very happy and have confidence any other dramas will be sorted.

They got me the bike I wanted and helped with the highest standard of customer service,
Dan and the crew couldn't have been more helpful for which I'm thankful 🙏.
The team's customer service is excellent and they go the extra mile.
I would give them 100% compared to others I have used in the past and would advise all my friends to speak to them first when wanting a bike or any advice.

I would stay well away from this company.
Leisure Wheels were due to supply a bike on a cycle to work scheme. They told me they had it in stock so I ordered it in August. They then said they were waiting for the supplier to deliver it. Then they told me that the new range of bikes was being released and I should choose the 2021 model, which I did (though I wanted the 2020 model) This bike then did not materialise either.
Finally, 3 1/2 months after ordering it I was contacted to say that the bike was in, but not in the colour I had ordered and it was more expensive, so would I provide card details for the balance.
I said no, and cancelled the order. Dan Busson (the director) emailed me on 2nd November to confirm that the order had been cancelled.
On the 13th November leisure wheels invoiced my cycle to work scheme anyway, taking my money despite not providing a bike and saying the order had been cancelled.
I phoned them on 24th November (the first I was aware of the invoice being sent) and was talked down to, called "mate" and then hung up on, simply because I wanted to know what had happened.
I would not use this company ever, would strongly advise against it, and my experience is that they have done nothing short of steal from me.

This was not an error from the cycle scheme provider, since August Leisure Wheels did not provide the correct bikes, tried to charge me more for the wrong ones, then agreed to cancel the order on 2nd November, then invoiced on 13th November, then hung up on me when I phoned up (and fair enough, I asked not to be called "mate" on the phone) to find out exactly what had happened.

To say any of this is down to the cycle scheme provider is factually incorrect.

I spent thousands on a new bike and when it arrived in a tatty old box my alarm bells rang (something was not right) ..
Luckily inside was the correct bike but badly packaged and with serious damage to the rear mech and plastic tie wraps all around the frame and rims that seemed to of caused several deep scratches.

I got in touch with them and after some tedious emails back and forth it turns out they took it upon themselves to remove my new bike from its original box and packaging and re-boxed it in a much smaller box, so they could send it with a cheaper courier - thus causing the damage. I've now been offered a poxy £50 compensation and a new rear gear hanger to which I still a week on have not recieved either.

Not happy one bit and would not recommend them at all ..

Small mark on frame? There are several deep scratches to the frame and the rims!!!!!!! You was sent proof.

Also, couriers don't exist to take large Boxes?? How on earth did you get the bike from the supplier then? Other bike shops don't have problems sending out bikes in large boxes.

Also, I am still waiting on the promised parts too, and considering it's the rear mech that is warped and bent - a gear hanger is not going to fix that, is it? I will be putting your poxy £50 compo towards a new rear mech that will end up costing me near on 3 times the £50 offered,

Also, about the compo - getting that from you was a complete farce. You were completely unprofessional and at one stage you was asking me to email you all my credit card details? Till I pointed it out to you no way was I going to do that over email and even if I did what for? You did not need those private details unless making a sale not a refund. I had to email back and forth to point this out to you and tell you to refund the original payment method.

I PRAY AND HOPE THAT I HAVE NO FUTURE PROBLEMS WITH THE BIKE BECAUSE HAVING TO DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN WOULD BE TEDIOUS TO SAY THE LEAST.
