Purchased a 2019 cube team ebike at the cost of £4500.
They repaired the motor under warranty approx a year after I bought it which was good.
The not so good is they damaged the frame by installing the motor without washers/over tightened them/too long a bolt in and damaged the frame. They sent me loads of emails stating that the motor was smaller, cube/Bosch didn't send them a bulletin about the smaller motor (I have spoken to Bosch, who have said they haven't made a smaller motor!).
The shop (Dan), stopped replying to emails after I refused £100 to get the frame repaired.
Happy Leisure Wheels customer
After 18 months and 1600 miles am delighted with my Cube Acid 500 purchased from this Company. Two service prolems were quickly sorted and parts supplied under warranty, I have found Dan Bussom to be friendly, very helpful and easily contactable. Would throughly recommend this Company.

Brilliant service from a very knowledgeable team. Following an issue with my Cube AIM Race MTB, Dan helped out over the phone and had the part sent out same day. If only I lived closer to these guys, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you to Dan and Leisure Wheels for helping me out in a desperate situation
Excellent experience
Excellent experience, my wife dealt with this bike purchase for me and Everything was made easy by the pleasant and helpful man on the phone and emails that were answered immediately by Dan, the bike arrived two days after ordering.
Highly recommend, excellent service from start to finish.
Thanks
Great Service - Thank you
Just purchased a Cube Access from Leisure wheels. Ordered on Sunday morning and it arrived Tuesday lunchtime. Bike was well packaged and in perfect condition. Thank you for a great service, my wife is very pleased with her new mountain bike.
Two weeks and still waiting for a replacment
Two weeks and still waiting for a Bosch battery replacement. Keep going round and round trying to get an update. Shop owner just moans how busy they are. Initially said it would take less than a week. I do not recommend this shop! What's the point of buying local, if this is the quality of service you get, should have purchased online. Look after your existing customers before taking on new ones. I will update my review once they get my battery replaced. I plan to complain to Bosch this week as I know they are still sending out batteries quickly during Covid-19.

Had a great overall experience
Had a great overall experience, great communication and pretty fast delivery.
Mixed reviews....
As a regular cyclist I have used Leisurewheels on numerous occasions. I have bought four new bikes from them over about a 10 year period, & had servicing work carried out too.
In my dealings with them I have had mixed reviews of their service. On some occasions I have found them to be very good, whilst on others less so. For example, one one occasion my bike was making a clicking noise with every pedal stroke. A member of staff traced it to a worn pedal bearing & supplied & fitted two new pedals FOC, while I waited. Great service!
However, after my front mech seized & had to be replaced, they fitted an inferior Alivio unit rather than a like-for-like Deore! Why?
