Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service. First order and I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Needed to contact Lekto due to delivery company confusion. Sorted out the same day thanks to Jane Tate. Plenty of communication including emails and telephone calls. All items delivered before my camping trip thanks to Jane. Also, first class products, two different types of logs, fire lighters, kindling and hardwood heat logs…. Went down a storm with my friends and their family.

We’re very sorry to hear about the size of the recently received kiln-dried oak logs. As they are a natural product, the width can sometimes vary, however, the length should always be 25 cm.
